We made this film after having some of the best nights out with Errol at the decks and wanting to make something together for a while. This film was made to promote Errol's first headline event at The Bath House in Hackney in November ✨ by @alpicass

"Over many years it's been a privilege of mine to be able to put on free events to create a platform for young aspiring talent."

"What that created was the two people living in the same block, the guy on the 10th floor has been a producer for the last 10 years. The guy on the second floor has been a rapper for 10 years. They didn't even know that they shared the same musical interest until they came to my show."

Courtesy of The Cut, we were able to have a chinwag with UK Hip Hop royalty, @skinnymanmudfamily while he was getting a trim at the barbers.

We had the pleasure of hearing about his unique and influential career and the many lessons learned along the way.

"I said it would be a dream for me to see UK Hip Hop come to this point. It would be beyond my wildest imagination of a dream to ever see the revolution happen in my lifetime - but I'm not ruling it out. I'm still striving to educate people towards what should motivate them to bring about the revolution."

"Even if my words are lost on deaf ears in my generation, maybe our grandchildren might hear the words on our records and feel motivated by that."

Install shots from last weeks's group show 'Arrival' with @satellite.gallery

A selection of silver gelatin prints and Polaroids with burn marks. Each 29.5x39.5cm, Oak frame, linen & glass.

Mostly prints made from old forgotten iPhone photos, with neighbouring medium format images shot in South Wales.

Had a lot of fun making these pieces for the show from shooting, printing and making the frames with @gaetanbernede
