“Coffee deserves to be treated as an art, with the same respect as wine and spirits.”

From his first steps into the world of hospitality and gastronomy, one thing has always guided the journey of @_hakimman_: the desire to elevate every cup of coffee and drink.

His adventure began in dining rooms and bars, where he discovered that behind every drink there is a story, craftsmanship, and unique sensory experience.

After years of hard work, training and inspiring encounters, in 2019 he won the title of Champion in the Coffee in Good Spirits category, giving him a confirmation: coffee deserves to be treated as an art, with the same respect as wine and spirits.

Today he works with committed brands like Alpro, who share his values of innovation, sustainability and quality to redefine the coffee experience, exploring new flavors and presenting plant-based alternatives that respect both the planet and the palate.

Through his journey and projects, his goal remains the same: to share this passion, revolutionize coffee culture, and place this exceptional beverage at the center of hospitality and culinary experiences.
