Dag Hammarskjöld, the second Secretary-General of the United Nations, spoke these words on May 13, 1954, in an address at the University of California, Berkeley (UN Press Release SG/382).
• The Context: He delivered the remark early in his term to address both idealists who expected the UN to build a flawless utopia and cynics who dismissed its value.
• The Meaning: The institution is designed to prevent global catastrophes, large-scale conflicts, and the worst depths of human cruelty rather than deliver a perfect world.
• Dag Hammarskjöld: A Swedish diplomat born in Jönköping, he served as Secretary-General from 1953 until his death in a 1961 plane crash and was posthumously awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. by @alrahmantreasuryplus_

AL RAHMAN CENTRAL GOVERNANCE, AND SECRETARIAL: GLOBAL - USA central market - US MARKETPLACE ETFs - IECM CAPITAL FUNDS ETFs, with AL RAHMAN AND CO ETFs.

The Global commodity and equity market macrogrowth and livelihood SOLUTION is an Islamic social and economic infrastructure development framework issued by the Al Rahman Central Governance and Secretarial (associated with the Al Rahman Socio-Eco Development Funds).

It is designed to eradicate poverty, reduce inequalities, and protect regional livelihoods by integrating modern macro-market forces with traditional Shariah-compliant financial instruments.

The structural components of this framework bridge grassroots economic stability with global market integration through several core mechanisms:
1. Core Economic Framework & Shariah Safeguards
- Real Asset Allocation: Financing is strictly tied to real economic assets—such as healthcare infrastructure, transportation networks, energy grids, and water systems—prohibiting pure speculation (Gharar) and interest (Riba).
- Risk-Sharing Models: Utilizing participatory vehicles (like Musharakah), the system ensures that market returns correlate directly with the tangible execution and success of local infrastructure.
- Tax and Tariff-Free Special Economic Zones: The policy champions the establishment of localized Zonal Free Trade Zones (such as initiatives planned in Zanzibar, Tanzania, and the East African Community) featuring zero corporate taxes, income taxes, or arbitrary levies to stimulate unmonopolized market operations.

2. Capital Pooling & Investment Vehicles:
- Grand Zanzibar Treasury & Capital Funds: Deploying institutional-grade, Shariah-compliant investment instruments including Shariah Equity Indices, Mutual Funds, and Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs). These allow pools of capital to navigate global equity and commodity markets safely while absorbing economic shocks.
- Real Estate Development & Joint Venture Capital: Allocating funding into high-yield, scarcity-driven assets like seaports, tourist beachfront infrastructure, and logistics hubs to generate consistent rental yields and capital appreciation as an inflation hedge.

metal and metal base commodity murbaha: These metal holdings are often utilized in commodity-brokered liquidity transactions at Zanzibar, via AL RAHIM MONETARY RESERVE ETFs LLC - (Murabaha or Sukuk structures). Rather than earning interest, investors earn a share of profits or rentals tied directly to the underlying physical commodities. by @alrahmantreasuryplus_

لَوْ كُنْتُ أَعْلَمُ أَنَّ الْحُلْمَ يَجْمَعُنَا لَأَغْمَضْتُ جَفْنِي طُولَ الْحَيَاةِ

Translation: "If I had known that the dream would bring us together, I would have closed my eyelids for the rest of my life." by @alrahmantreasuryplus_

The murshid is the one who leads us to the path of Allah Almighty and His Messenger صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. He teaches us the manner of acting upon the Sunnah and instils religious fervour in us. He also purifies our inward and outward and beautifies them with the illuminating lights of Islamic law.

It is necessary for the disciple to respect his spiritual guide in every regard. The Reviver of Islam, the Imām of Ahl al-Sunnah, Imām Aḥmad Razā Khan رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه states,
“One should respect his [i.e., spiritual guide’s] clothes, place of sitting, children, home, locality, and city.”
[Fatāwā al-Razawiyyah, vol. 24, p. 369]

It is necessary for the disciple that he does not let loose his own intellect upon the command of the Islamic law given by his murshid. Rather, he should humbly submit to his spiritual guide’s order. The Reviver of Islam, the Imām of Ahl al-Sunnah, Imām Aḥmad Razā Khan رَحْمَةُ الـلّٰـهِ عَلَيْه states:
“Whatever he (i.e., the spiritual guide) commands, he should neither question ‘Why?’ nor delay (implementing it). (Rather) he should give it precedence (i.e., preference and priority) over all other matters.”

🛡️ The Shari'ah-Compliant Alternative: Sukuk

To attract foreign capital without causing currency strain or violating Islamic law, nations utilize Sukuk (Islamic Investment Certificates) instead of traditional bonds.
• Asset-Backed Stability: Sukuk represents partial ownership in a real asset (like a highway, building, or utility), preventing speculative short-selling.
• Equitable Risk-Sharing: Foreign investors earn profits from the actual revenue generated by the underlying asset, protecting the local currency from aggressive debt liquidations. by @alrahmantreasuryplus_
