8kgs of pulled pork for a family christening, slathered in American mustard and the GOAT @angusandoink Piggy rub.

Then smoked low and slow the day before on the trusty (but ageing Kamado) over cherry wood using @bigkproductsltd lump wood.

Re-heated then kept warm in my @yetieurope Tundra 35 box, wasn’t any left so I’ll take it as a win! My sister printed a cheeky plug for my IG page too 🤣🤣🤦🏻🤦🏻

Onglet Steak with new Cheshire Potatoes and tender stem broccoli. 🥦 🥩 🥔 🔥

Healthy dose of @blackthornsalt was all the steak needed, came out perfect! All it needed was a few minutes each side directly over hot coals. 🔥

All cooked on the @weberuk GBS 57 👌

Food was all from a new farm shop @homefarmshop_beechesmeats just near Davenham and Moulton outside of Northwich! Definitely try and support it if you’re local!

Pizza Fridays…. It’s a family affair!

The @gozney Arc Lite punches so much above its own weight, turned out four superb pizzas.

Home made dough courtesy of my better-half! 🍕

Chilled Sunday, man dinner for one. ☝️ 🔥 🥩 🍳

Thick ribeye from @theholliesfarmshop seasoned with @blackthornsalt cooked medium with mushroom, tomatoes, eggs and home made bread.

All grilled on the awesome @weberuk Go Anywhere (THE best alternative to a disposable btw!) using the Weber cast iron skillet too.

Summer bbq with Pork Belly, Sea Bass, Burgers and Asparagus and new potatoes all smoked over cherry wood, all on the trusty @weberuk …. can’t go wrong!

Used @bohnsrubs Fish Hook and Rump Rub for the burgers, really nice flavours! You get a lot in the packet too which is handy.

Cool afternoon at @fortonknutsford open day, great food rustled up by @bbq_rum_shack especially the picanha which went before I could get any pics!

Really interesting to see the new charcoal ovens which are popping up everywhere at the moment, and the XL Gozneys.

Very friendly and cool shop near Knutsford right next to the @thelambingshedfarmshop
