الأيقونة مجدداً في الكويت
في عام 2019، وبعد سنوات من الترقّب، أعادت الساير سيارة تويوتا سوبرا إلى الكويت، لتعود معها واحدة من أشهر سيارات تويوتا الرياضية إلى عشّاق القيادة والأداء.
لم تكن عودتها مجرّد عودة لسيارة رياضية أيقونية، بل شكّلت بداية فصل جديد ومثير لعشّاق الأداء، وقدّمت روح تويوتا جازو للسباقات (GR) إلى مجتمع متنامٍ يجمعه الشغف بالسيارات ورياضة المحركات في الكويت.

محطة بارزة في خدمة العملاء
في مايو 2019، حققت مجموعة الساير إنجازاً هاماً في مسيرتها لخدمة العملاء في جميع أنحاء الكويت بافتتاح مركز الفحيحيل الأكثر تطوراً؛ وقد تم تصميمه خصيصاً لتوفير تجربة شاملة ومريحة لخدمات السيارات تحت سقف واحد.
يمتد هذا المرفق متعدد الطوابق على مساحة 11,500 متر مربع، ويجمع بين خدمة "تويوتا" السريعة والإصلاحات العامة، إلى جانب مركز لبيع قطع الغيار الأصلية ومركز لتركيب إطارات "يوكوهاما"؛ مما يمنح العملاء مزيداً من الراحة وسهولة الوصول إلى مجموعة متكاملة من حلول ما بعد البيع للسيارات.
وبفضل ما يضمه المركز من 56 منصة خدمة، وأكثر من 200 فني متخصص، وتجهيزات ومرافق متطورة، فقد عزز هذا الصرح التزام مجموعة الساير بتقديم خدمات فعالة وعالية الجودة للعملاء.

In May 2019, ALSAYER marked an important milestone in its journey of serving customers across Kuwait with the opening of the state-of-the-art Fahaheel Center — designed to provide a comprehensive and convenient automotive service experience under one roof.

Spanning 11,500 m², the multi-level facility brings together Toyota Quick Service and general repairs, along with a Genuine Parts outlet and a dedicated Yokohama Tire Fitment Center, offering customers greater convenience and access to a complete range of automotive after-sales solutions.

With 56 service bays, more than 200 professionals, and advanced equipment and facilities, the center further strengthened ALSAYER’s commitment to delivering efficient, high-quality customer service.
