I don't need to introduce the car, the song will do it for me. For many, Colorado was the start of it all. Others, it's Italy, or maybe Byron Bay, Australia. It might even be outside the Cotswolds in Britain, and for those just getting their start at the Festival, it's México. But the good old days are gone. Sometimes, it's good start over, and I think it's finally time that Forza Horizon does that. Bring back the old days of fighting just to even get into the Festival. Once you're at the top, all you can do is look down. Horizon isn't how any of us remember it, at least to those who can. by @alsoalyxandra

Oh man, what a time it was in the 1990s. The internet was slowly becoming available to everyone, digital cameras were coming into the market and then there's this, the digital equivalent to Buick's Roadmaster, the Willard Elegant. Back when you had to go to a real dealership and deal with PEOPLE to buy a car, you could browse the showrooms and look at the cool promo material that was being churned out.

GM was really adamant that Buick's offerings, like the reintroduced Roadmaster after nearly 50 years of being gone, was the car of choice for the middle class. And what better way to market your middle class luxobarge than by promoting it at a golf course? Chevrolet was for the 4H Club, Oldsmobile for the A/V Club, Buick for the Country Club and of course, Cadillac for the Platinum Card Club Lounge at the airport.

The days of the quintessential American luxury car are long behind us, but I pray that GM takes note and just like it's predicted trends before, brings back the Great American Full-Size Sedan once again. Cadillac's offerings are fantastic but we need a proper Buick again. Give us the @buickusa Roadmaster, @generalmotors. We want it back! by @alsoalyxandra

Residents and tourists visiting San Francisco may be familiar with the Salesforce billboard along the freeway. This billboard is famous for wearing the last painted advertisement displaying the then new A80 Supra before switching to vinyl. Clear Channel Outdoor, formerly a part of iHeartMedia, was responsible for this legendary Toyota Supra ad. Rather than repaint the billboard to cover the old advertisement, CCO opted to leave the hand-painted Supra up whenever they change out the existing ad. Back in 2020, @thedrive talked about this legendary billboard in greater detail. As an homage to this famous billboard ad, I made my own version digitally using GTA V's Jester Classic and GIMP to achieve a more "refreshed" look for it. by @alsoalyxandra

Need for Speed has produced some interesting cars for it's enemies in the past and NFS Payback's The House had this, a facelifted 2014 Challenger with a Prior Design widebody kit, push bumpers, Fifteen52 Tarmac wheels and big shaker hood scoop. I can't guarantee any power figures for the car in-game, but this faithful recreation in NFS Unbound is good enough to fit the role.

Having recently returned to the series, which is just in time to celebrate 30 years of Need for Speed, allowed me to revisit the one thing I missed in racing games, cosmetic modifications. Being able to visually modify your car allows you to make it your own, giving it a flair that's easy to imitate but never duplicate, because the only person to understand what all these mods mean is you. Sure, anyone can copy your car to get the same look, but it won't feel the same.

I always thought that House enforcers had pretty cool cars, calling back to the modified Hunter Civilians used in Burnout Paradise's Marked Man game mode, because if there's one thing people like to do, it's play for the opposite team every once in a while. Thankfully, this Dodge Challenger lets you do just that. by @alsoalyxandra

If you're from Germany, you'd recognize these headlights belonging to an Opel Omega. But if you're from Britain, you'd know this as a Vauxhall Carlton. But this isn't just a plain old Carlton. In 1990, when General Motors, owning Vauxhall, Opel, and now Lotus, famous for legendary cars like the Seven, Elan, Esprit and Europa, decided it wanted to take the humble yet decisively underwhelming Carlton/Omega, chuck some turbochargers on a 3.6L straight six and immediately start gunning for the leading performance saloon of the era, the BMW M5.

With the surviving numbers of Lotus Carltons/Omegas being considerably low (950 were ever sold to begin with), we have its digital counterpart, piloted by an idiot in a hoodie and a crash helmet (I'm the idiot), outrunning a sandstorm in Mexico. At least I can safely drive it knowing I'll never need to dump it in a river or have to rob any shops with it.

My body is a machine that turns Mötley Crüe's Kickstart My Heart into fictional speeding tickets. World famous Porsche 911 owned by Brian Scotto, known for being one of the first ever American RWB 911s and the first 911 Turbo to receive the RWB treatment in the United States. This car is known for a lot of things, including it's Fifteen52 wheels, unique sunroof delete (from a standard 964, all US-delivered 911 Turbos had a sunroof), custom built seat rails, comically small steering wheel and one-off crosshair headlight inserts, a tradition among Mk2 VW Golf owners, of which Scotto continues to be a part of and hails from.

Overall, the car is an incredibly unique build that continues to inspire enthusiasts around the world, next to the Napalm Nova and other projects he'll eventually finish. It was definitely a better investment than an Evo, because now everyone wants an old 911. taken in Mexico by @alsoalyxandra

Mom said it's my turn to clone the Sally Special. Not 100% clone correct because the wheels aren't 1:1 but the color is gonna get as close as I can without seeing it in person. Oh and it's 75 years of @porsche sports cars, so there's that.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery and with Rockstar cloning the latest generation of the iconic Porsche 911 as the Pfister Comet S2, what better way to celebrate 75 years of legendary road cars? by @alsoalyxandra
