We are so happy to share that we have an article about our event published in Santa Monica Daily Press. Here is a little piece:

“The ultimate goal of this event is for more people to be aware and understand what is mental illness and we’re going to show this from the point of view of people who have mental illness,” she said. “So we have performers and we have guest speakers with lived experience, having their point of view so the public that never heard about it, they will know how a person with mental illness sees the world, experiences the world.”

It is tomorrow!! On Saturday of June 17th at JAMS Performing Arts Center, Santa Monica, it will happen a totally FREE event to reduce stigma about mental illness. Whole Minds in Concert" is a groundbreaking event that puts on the stage for the first time singers, musicians and songwriters that have been diagnosed with serious mental illness and will share their outstanding talent together with musicians that support the cause. And more, we will have the performers: Matt Sawaya, Edgar Allan Poets, Latin Cuban Ensemble. Come honor them.
