This isn’t a gym. This is Tracy’s Athlete Development Lab.

At Altamont Performance Lab, we don’t do crowded classes, random workouts, or cookie-cutter programs.

We are a year-round Strength & Conditioning facility for
✔️ Youth & teen athletes
✔️ Adults & former athletes
✔️ Our adaptive athlete community

Every athlete who walks through our doors gets tested, tracked, and progressed from Day 1. Strength. Speed. Durability. Measured and re-measured so nothing is left to chance.

We train semi-private by design.
You’ll never see more than 8 athletes at a time, and there is always a certified strength coach on the floor guiding every rep. It’s the focus of 1-on-1 training, without the chaos of big group workouts.

No waiting.
No sharing equipment.
No guessing what to do next.

Whether you’re a beginner, a D1 athlete, a former competitor, or part of our adaptive community, this is a place where you’re coached, not babysat—and where progress is the expectation, not the hope.

If you’re ready for training that’s intentional, professional, and built around you, this is your lab.

Always know and understand your starting points.

You would never build the roof before laying the foundation.

Everyone has a baseline, Everyone has something they need to work on, develop, or improve so stop waiting for the perfect time or until they older.

You don't get to make up missed hours in the gym, once that window of opportunity closes, it doesn't open up again.

If our assessment teaches and preaches anything, it's that success is found through year round dedication and consistency to Strength, Speed and Conditioning.

If you can't commit to that, APL is not for you.

IN-SEASON TRAINING 🏈💪

We are NOT training to get tired. We are training to stay ready.

Once the season starts, the coach controls the weight room—not the athlete’s ego.

I control the load, volume, exercises and overall training stress based on what our athletes are doing on the field. Some days we push a little. Some days we pull back. The goal is always GAME DAY.

⚡ 20–30 minute microdosed lifts
⚡ Maintain strength & power
⚡ Fast, violent, efficient reps
⚡ NO failure sets. NO grinders.
⚡ We NEVER chase soreness.

You should leave the weight room feeling BETTER than when you walked in.

We built the foundation starting in February. Now my job is to help you maintain it, stay healthy and be ready to perform on Friday night.

And no matter the time of year...

SPEED TRAINING WILL ALWAYS BE THE PRIORITY.

Stunted Growth from lifting weights is a MYTH.

What it will do is make your kids faster, stronger, and more confident at sports and life.

When your kids are coached by professionals and they have a program that thrives on systems created to produce long-term results beyond any sport they play...

The Student Athlete will always WIN and continue to improve when consistency is habit they will never break.

Cheers to Jax on another PR while being In Season and also Happy Birthday dude!

You should want this for your young athletes at home and it starts with our complimentary Athlete Assessment. Send me an email at vinny@altamontperformance.com or click the link in the bio to get started. taken in Altamont Performance Lab by @altamontperformancelab

⚾️ BASEBALL PLAYERS: OCTOBER–FEBRUARY IS YOUR OFFSEASON.

Not another 5 months of doing the exact same thing.

This is your opportunity to BUILD.

💪 Get stronger.
⚡ Get faster.
💥 Develop rotational power.
⬆️ Improve your vertical & broad jump.
🏃 Sprint 2× every week.
⚖️ Add the bodyweight your position and goals require.
📊 TEST. TRAIN. RETEST.

Hitting lessons don't replace strength training.

Pitching lessons don't replace developing the physical qualities required to produce force.

Fall Ball doesn't replace an offseason.

And playing more baseball isn't automatically the answer to becoming a better athlete.

October through February should look different.

Lift consistently. Sprint consistently. Throw. Jump. Develop rotational power. Eat enough food. Sleep. Recover. Address weaknesses. Build your body.

Then TRACK EVERYTHING.

At Altamont Performance Lab, we don't want to guess whether you're improving.

We Measure What Matters.

Your next baseball season isn't built in February.

It's built NOW.

⚾️ BASEBALL PLAYERS: SPRING STARTS NOW.

If you're a high school baseball player, hitting lessons, pitching lessons, long toss and baseball practice are important.

Strength & Speed Training doesn't replace any of that. It SUPPORTS it.

At Altamont Performance Lab, we want to know if you're actually becoming a better **ATHLETE**, so we
TEST → TRAIN → RETEST the physical qualities that matter.

📈 5 METRICS WE TRACK:

⚡VERTICAL JUMP— Lower-body explosive power
💥 BROAD JUMP — Horizontal power & force production
🏃 30-YARD SPRINT — Acceleration & how quickly you can build speed
🏃‍♂️ 60-YARD SPRINT — Complete sprint performance & baseball speed
⚾ THROWING VELOCITY — Objective measurement of arm velocity

Mom & Dad — your athlete doesn't need to choose between developing baseball skills and getting stronger and faster.

They need BOTH.

The work we do now in the weight room, on the track and with our testing gives us months to build strength, improve speed, add appropriate size and develop explosive power before the spring season arrives.

Don't wait until tryouts or the first tournament to find out what needs to improve.

TRAIN NOW. MEASURE PROGRESS. BE READY IN THE SPRING.

Nothing better than training with your teammate and getting better every week while doing it💪

Here is a look into some of the things we do during our S&C sessions at Tracy’s Athlete Development Lab.

We carry stuff, lift weights, throw med balls, develop muscles needed for our sport and sprint every single week.

So simple and effective we want you to train with us this Fall & Winter so you can be prepared for next Spring!

Broad Jump has a solid correlation to throwing velocity. Since improving velo requires stronger and more powerful legs especially in regards to horizontal force production, the broad jump focuses on ALL OF THOSE THINGS.

When you go to a camp or showcase you are testing what we call outputs. Most kids never train to actually improve those outputs, they settle for more of the sport through more skill work and an excessive number of games played that always outweigh the number of strength and speed sessions.

The average at the MLB Combine is just under 9ft and we have several high school kids already jumping that, if not well over 8ft. We not only test it, but our programs properly train you to improve on everything we set out to.

We test both CMJ [Counter Movement Jump] and Vertical Jump several different ways at Tracy’s Athlete Development Lab.

For our highest performing athletes we know and understand assessments being performed at the highest levels like the MLB Combine.

We even use the same Sports Technology seen in the MLB, NFL, and NHL to test, track and measure important Speed Metrics.

Our athletes tend to see +1" added to the Jump heights after 8 weeks of consistent training. That also comes with improvements to Strength and Power Outputs.

You won't see these results unless you train, and that journey starts with our Athlete Assessment. Know and understand where you are physically and mentally before you ever lift a weight or do a single sprint.
