An unintentionally baller set of ADV forks heading out the door tomorrow. The stock lower tubes on older WP forks are thicker internally than current gen tubes, and fork springs designed for the current gen cartridges do not fit those tubes.

Customer is going on 8 BDRs in a row this upcoming month, so time was of the essence on this build, and the only tubes on the shelf was @sam_onthegas WP A-KIT DLC coated tubes that we hadn’t installed yet. Fit them on here and got the new forks as smooth at butter.

Also, peep those new larger stickers 😎😎😎

Work scope:
Lengthen suspension to R spec length (245mm)
Respring
Rebuild
Revalve

Don’t worry, we’re not closing down! Just need to scale back the amount of time I am dedicating to the shop. Existing customers will be unaffected, and new customers will still be taken in, with a priority on revalves for new customers. However, if anyone wants to buy a suspension company… 😁 by @alteenduro
