I made this account what feels a long time ago now to document a journey into pro wrestling and to talk about my experience as I delved into the world
I figured I’d make a post to let you know where I’m at, as unfortunately that journey is still yet to begin.
In September 2025 I injured my neck in some way or another resulting in my C6 slipping and compressing my nerves in my shoulder and arm leaving me in intense pain for quite a few months.
Today marks a year since my first contact with the NHS and I am no closer to feeling any better. I am still in pain, I have had multiple MRI scans, acupuncture sessions and I follow all the instructions and advice my doctor gave me but I still feel the pinch and the pain shooting up and down my arm on a daily basis. I’ve grown to live with it but it has meant I’ve made 0 progress on a wrestling journey which frankly breaks my heart but I remain determined. Even after consistent cancelled appointments where I was supposed to receive injections to help me, I still remain determined and optimistic.
One day when this is all over I will begin to train, I believe and know that one day I’ll step into a ring, but unfortunately that won’t happen any time soon it seems.
But I won’t give up that easy. See you soon hopefully with a better update and thanks for all the love and support I’m given whenever I’m asked about it! by @alterum_pw
