For the past three years, I have challenged myself to run 730 miles in a year. That’s 2 miles a day, every day, for 365 days

I failed the first two years. In 2024, I finished with 642 miles. In 2025, I pushed it to 642.5 miles.. just enough to beat my previous year. 😂

But this year is different. I just hit 773.5 miles or 29.5 marathons this morning on my 730 mile goal, and I still have 90 days left🏃‍♂️

Why do I do this to myself? Honestly, I am not sure. 😂 But one thing I do know is that showing up, staying consistent, and pushing myself when I do not feel like it has taken me a long way in life.

It is never really been about the miles. It is about discipline, consistency, challenging my mind and keeping the promises I make to myself.

Thank God for the health and ability to keep moving. Life is good, and I’m blessed. 🙏🏼

You against you. Always. 🫵🏼 vs 🧠

Firstly, I want to thank God for giving me the health and ability to run. I know there are so many people who would love to run but, for many different reasons, simply cant. I never want to take this feeling for granted.

Running has become a form of therapy for me and a way to continuously challenge myself, both mentally and physically.

Saturday was my first street race and my first half marathon, and I felt good, strong but Im still sore! 😂

I finished in less than 1:50, my goal was under 2:00 hours. I’m proud of the effort, but I know I had more in me. And honestly, that just gives me another goal to chase.

Onto the next one. 🏃‍♂️💪

Heartbroken by the result, but grateful for the opportunity to witness what may have been Neymar’s last match wearing our yellow jersey. Thank you for the memories, the magic, and for inspiring a generation. 🇧🇷💛

God is good, always. Now it’s time to rest and enjoy the rest of the tournament from the TV and cheer for the US

And one more thing.. whether you like it or not, we are still the only nation with 5 World Cup titles. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Definitely a weekend for the books 🇧🇷🏆
Being in New York City with my best friend for Brazil national football team’s World Cup debut and watching the New York Knicks win the NBA title after 50+ years, unreal moments. Just thankful to God for life, the opportunities, and everything He continues to do. 🙏🏼🔥 taken in New York by @altoe92

It’s you vs. you every day 🫵🏻x🧠. Not every run felt good, but every run mattered. Consistency is hard, but it’s where everything changes. Running saved my mind more than my body. by @altoe92

I have walked on glaciers, but standing on top of a cathedral was a first. Stones shaped by centuries of prayer. This trip to Italy, I felt God’s presence in every quiet church and every step I took. It was a blessing beyond words, thanks God for this opportunity.
