New here? Welcome to @altusrunning… 📁✨ We’ve welcomed plenty of new faces recently, so here’s an introduction to: our story so far, the people behind the Club + how to join us. It’s not far off 3-years since we started our journey as a Club - bringing runners together through shared miles, weekly track sessions, exclusive events, our Club kit + everything in between. Looking ahead, we’re ending 2026 with something special. Two of our biggest events + collaborations to date, with announcements coming soon… Swipe to get to know us + hit the link in our bio to join our @strava + WhatsApp channels for first access to all Club news + announcements. There’s never been a better time to join us… ✌️✨ Back where it all began… 📁 February 2024, casual miles around the avenues - exclusively from @divehu5. Our first Club Shakeout… ✨ A small but perfectly formed group of friends. Our Club today… ✨ Weekly track sessions, social Shakeouts, Club kit, race-days + more. Fuelled by the best… 🥤 We’ve been fortunate to work with brands that align with our Club ethos + to join forces with other local communities that we can grow alongside. Here’s to more miles together… ✌️✨ Our team… ✨ A group of like-minded runners who all give so much to our community: 🤝 @bevclifford 🤝 @swalk_fit 🤝 @anyab.moves 🤝 @r.u.n_d.a.n_r.u.n 🤝 @ronan_burnett 🤝 @fletch2525 🤝 @tomhorner_ Flying the @altusrunning flag… 🏴 A trio of our team at the @strng__official 12 Hours at Cadwell event - summer ‘26. Weekly mileage at the track… ✨ Every Wednesday. 7pm at Costello Stadium. Weekly mileage for all paces, with @strng__official + @efectivnutri Now a staple in our Club schedule… Our Track community… ✨ Shared mileage, good company + lots more in the pipeline for our weekly track sessions. Community mileage… 🍂✨ Darker nights + colder mornings might be here, but we’ve not seen our community slowing down recently - plenty of you lot still out there getting after it. We’ve got lots more in the works for November + December as we round off another mega year for the Run Club; including our final kit drop of the year + an exclusive event at the end of this month. First up: Wednesday track with @strng__official + @efectivnutri, before we welcome @puma.uk to Costello Stadium on Saturday 7th November for a very special Track Takeover. Our full monthly Run Club schedule is in our pinned post - head over to our @strava via the link in our bio for full run details, RSVPs + booking. ✌️✨ by @altusrunning
A slightly longer caption about an important issue… 👇✨ We’ve seen a lot of talk about safety when running recently + with darker nights now here, we want to reach more local runners looking for a safe space to enjoy their miles through autumn + winter. Too many runners, particularly women, will now feel unsafe heading out alone. We hear this from within our community + it’s one of the main things we want to combat at @altusrunning - to continue to build a safe space where runners can meet friends, build confidence + enjoy some miles together all year round. Our Wednesday Track Series with @strng_official + @efectivnutri might look like an option for experienced runners or those chasing race times. It’s actually for anyone who wants to run at their own pace, on a floodlit, secure track, with good company + a community around them. You don’t need to be fast, you don’t need track experience, you can come on your own + know you’ll be welcome. Obviously, we know that our weekly track sessions won’t completely solve the wider issue here, but it can make a difference to someone who would otherwise avoid a midweek run after dark + stay home. Please, if you’ve read this far, share this post. Join us at track: Every Wednesday at 7pm. Costello Stadium - all paces welcome. Full details + PAYG booking available via the link in our bio… ✌️✨ by @altusrunning
Haltemprice 10km through our lens… 📸✨ Another belter of a Club race-day with @runthroughuk even if Storm Boelo did try its best to dampen spirits yesterday morning… A massive shoutout to everyone who came down either to run or show their support. We’ve seen plenty of PBs doing the rounds on @strava Always very special to see runners flying the @altusrunning flag + backing each other from the start-line to the finish. More Club race-days on the horizon, plus some special announcements coming soon… ✌️✨ 📸 @reecemorrillmedia by @altusrunning

New Club partnership for a bigger impact… 🤝✨ We’re joining forces with @sailors_childrens_society for a year-long partnership, helping our runners take on new challenges + raise vital funds for local seafaring families in crisis. From 10kms, trail runs + half marathons, through to marathons + other sought-after race places, we have plenty of opportunities to get involved over the next 12 months - with priority access for our community + very achievable fundraising targets. A select few runners from our community are already signed up with priority access to the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2027… with other major regional, national + even international races on our radar. Every pound raised will contribute to our year-long Club fundraising total, bringing our individual challenges together to support something much bigger than a single run or race. For more details, head to the link in our bio to read the full story or DM us for available races + fundraising targets. A massive thank you to @sailors_childrens_society for believing in what we’re working to build… ✌️✨ 📸 @chinorocha_ph by @altusrunning
