Introducing our VIP line up for this Oktoberfest weekend! 🇩🇪 Hedwig, our Oktoberfest offering, is meant to be imbibed with gusto. Clean, malty, toasty, and bready with a crisp hop bite! 💻 CTRL+ALT+DEL, Sticke (secret) Alt was a style typically served on a secret tap at German breweries. Curious regulars would ask what the mystery tap was and be rewarded with this secret beer. 🍺 Cremo Bock, keeping the tradition alive with New Britain’s Cremo Brand, we decided to rotary-dial in another classic style by brewing a Bock-style beer for the die hard fans of one of Connecticut’s oldest beer brands. 🖤Czech Point Dark, Daylight is getting short and with that the boys in the back wanted….no….. needed to make a traditional Czech Dark Lager! Rage against the dying of light with this robust and delicious offering. ⛈️WEATHER UPDATE: We are still moving forward with our Oktoberfest this weekend. We’ll have plenty of room in doors. I wanted to take a moment to celebrate @alvariumroasting , an extension of the acclaimed @alvariumbeer here in New Britain. I live in town and the coffee shop is a favorite local happy spot for me. Wonderful people & coffee, and incredible specials month after month. This is their cafe portion’s final week, which is going to leave a huge hole in the CT coffee scene. I know there are a lot of sad coffee lovers around right now, myself and friends included 🫶🏻🖤 However, they do HOPE (nothing is certain) to make a return in some capacity at some point down the line. Fingers (& everything) crossed!! And they WILL continue to sell their canned cold brew and beans through their taproom and online. So they won’t be completely gone :) So here is a collection of latte/cold brew highlights (all monthly specials) from the last 6 months to celebrate the amazingness that IS @alvariumroasting .
