Loved working on this commission by Changi Airport Group – a homage to Daft Punk’s neon brilliance and Saville’s iconic album art for New Order.

Luminal Voyages celebrates the quiet moments between travel – times of reflection, motion and human connection. Through vibrant colours and bold shapes, this contemporary artwork reflects the mix of people and stories that pass through Changi.

Designed this typeface in my early 20s inspired by Korean letterforms. Knew nothing about Korean culture at all, but loved the 구조적 형태, shape of each character, which seems very architectural to me. Fast forward to 2025, beginning to understand K-culture more and appreciate its music, fashion and most importantly its people. Pretty special. Although I still can’t swallow a live octopus, but I can sure as hell dance till 4am! 🇰🇷❤️💙🖤🤍 by @alvinphunk

I shared my love for Depeche Mode at the @savvyawards 2025.

Andy Fletcher was in Singapore in 2011 for a DJ gig with my client B-side Digital who commissioned me to create a series of artworks based off @depechemode’s hit songs, Stripped, Just Can’t Get Enough, Personal Jesus, Question Of Lust. The artworks were produced into posters and t-shirts through a live silk-screening art session during Fletch’s DJ set.

I love how the band got its name, through Gahan’s collection of the French fashion magazine Dépêche Mode when he was studying Window Display and Fashion Design in college. Depeche Mode captives me not only with their sound but how the band has evolved over 43 years of music making. True masters of the early synth sound, they embraced change and progressed to include bass, glitch, melodic tech etc. in their later albums. The band had their fair share of dysfunctionality and departure of important members but survived amidst the demise. Just when I thought Depeche Mode couldn’t excite me anymore, they released the Memento Mori album, with Gore writing a song titled ‘Ghosts Again’ for the death of Fletch - a masterpiece, which is always on loop in my playlist.

I truly understood what Savvy Awards stood for and its spirit after attending it. It is the alter-ego of one quiet and humble man Slaven Marinovic @workworldwide2025 who has so much to give and none to take. It is a small group of like-minded creatives coming together to just share without any agenda. It’s truly innovative and please keep it so. BIG LOVE 🖤🩶🖤🩶

I’m still processing this enigmatically curated exhibition at @nxtmuseum. Definitely a must-do in Amsterdam, or even a planned trip over. Here’re some vignettes but it’s got nothing on the real experience.

Still Processing explores how people and technology translate data into meaning-navigating between the rational and the emotional. Whether it's the invisible spectrum of rainbow colours, the mental imprints left by watching moving light, or how Al can transform and evolve the "fabric" of surreal, digitally created worlds and characters.
