I can’t put into words how EAGER and excited I’ve been to share these photos! I finally got my film scans back from the lab and I nearly cried because of how beautiful these came out 🥹 Truly one of the biggest milestones in my photography career and it still feels like a dream!! Ciao for now Italy, can’t wait to visit you again 🇮🇹

I’m the kinda person that loves being behind the camera but dreads being in front of it! But every couple years or so, I gotta update my business portraits so it though, “If I’m only gonna be doing this once everyone couple of years, why not go ALL OUT?”. And boy oh boy I’m still processing how crazy these photos turned out!!

I’m so used to being outside and shooting in beautiful natural light, but I wanted to try something different for these. It’s the feeling of stepping outside of my comfort zone and learning new techniques that always keeps me inspired as a photographer.

Special thanks to @luxedreamvisuals for helping make my vision a reality 🥹 by @alvisphamphotography

Just living out my Victorian Cathedral Wedding dreams at San Francisco City Hall 🥹

I finally get to cross this location off my bucket list!! (If only it wasn’t 8 hours away) by @alvisphamphotography

I’m so used to shooting golden hour, but lately I’ve been falling for blue hour instead 🥹 I used to be scared that once the sun dropped below the horizon there’d be no light left to work with, but boy was I wrong!

With the sun gone you get these brilliant hues of blue and purple you never see during the day, and I couldn’t be more obsessed with how these came out. Maybe blue hour is the better time after all!

Soooo I’ve been experimenting with top-down aerial shots and oh my god, are they so so beautiful!!

There’s just something about unlocking a whole different perspective that completely changes the way I view bridal party and romantics, and it also creates some amazing shots. I can’t put into words how much fun this entire wedding day was.

We had such a blast with Kathleen and Austin. What really sealed it was shooting on 35 mm and medium format film. That nostalgic, rainy, dreamy look it provides, and you have the recipe for a gorgeous, unforgettable wedding gallery.

A couple of video postcards from Janine and Jordan’s beautiful wedding day!!

I had such a fun time playing with shadows, experimenting with contrast, and just vibing with the bride and groom and the wedding party. Everyone was such a fun, energetic group to work with, and all in all they made the vibe easy and enjoyable!! Can’t wait to share the final resultss 🥹

Couldn’t be happier with how this shot came out 🥹

I’d rather spend 10 extra minutes posing every single person than hand a couple a photo that looks “fine.”

I've been SO obsessed with this warm and moody look lately!! I usually shoot with flash, but I've been experimenting with off-camera constant lights and I'm loving the results. It blended perfectly with the warm, moody vibe of J & R's reception room, and I honestly couldn't be happier with how these came out 🥹

There’s just something so romantic about an old mansion with huge windows overlooking its garden… 🥹

It all feels a little dreamy and like you’ve stepped into another time. There’s just something about old homes that feels so magical and romantic. by @alvisphamphotography

This is how I get THAT dreamy look 🥹

You might be thinking that this is a mood board? NOPE, this is just one wedding day!!

I seriously I can’t get over how beautiful of a job
@eveni.floral did. It feels like this wedding at Tivoli in Fallbrook was its own little world!! If dreamy and gardens are your vibe then it doesn’t get better than this

Looking back through these photos, I swear this entire gallery could be a wedding inspo board 🥹
