Some of Always Cozy Big Bears 70’s charm. Its far from perfect but I carefully scrapped off as many layers of paint as I could to reveal this.

From dirt, we created this space. Through the rains, the droughts, trenching ourselves and with the help of many contracted, its safe to say, “its coming along” but the amount of work it takes, is always more than you think you're capable of taking; then more. So happy we get to share our first space, Casa Sereno.

Guests are already finding it spacious, in a perfect location in Valle de Guadalupe. Reservations taken through Airbnb.

This Big Bear 🐻 home is a fantastical getaway to relax and reconnect. The home offers space for six to seven guests, don’t forget your pets either! #petfriendly

Amenities like a family room that doubles as a game room. Mini golf ⛳️ for warm days. There’s a private office space to get work done and then have the most comfortable @novaformcomfort mattress from @costco

Slip into your slippers and relax out front on a rocking chair while listening for wildlife. Our gloriously tall pine 🌲 trees are sure to impress. We recommend morning jacuzzi soaks, evening local wine. You can even plan an indoor @bigbearpicnicco or even for a retreat. It’s really a special place for memories. By no means am I a great “plant mom” yet our Sage can’t attest to that, but they’re still alive. Still holding on.. I make rookie mistakes all the time. Turns out; If I’d just read more, I could get it right the first time.

To me, this has been like when my hens would lay one egg a day. Which I attested to my chicken massages and incessant cuddling (btw, has nothing to do with it) but things like that in gardening really make it so much more enjoyable, gratifying and eye opening for me. There IS a WHOLE other world out there, just in your back yard. At our Valle 🇲🇽 homes we’ll be sharing our garden with guests, whether that’s taking a nibble or just roaming around.

Cheers to Gardening and all the insect size headaches it brings. Like all garden moms say: it’s so worth it, in the end. :) xo ✌️
