The world will try to sell you peace in a bottle, a vacation, a status, or a bank account. But external peace is conditional. If a place can give it to you, a person can take it away. If a dollar can buy it, a circumstance can bankrupt it. True peace isn’t a destination you arrive at after you settle all your storms. It’s the stillness you carry inside the storm. It’s the baseline of your spirit when you stop looking outside of yourself for validation, safety, or rest. You can’t buy it. And the beautiful truth? External chaos can’t truly banish it either, unless you hand over the keys. Drop a 🕊️ if you’re choosing to return home to yourself today. by @always.elma

A day out with my love — no plans, no rush, just us. 🔐 These moments remind me how sacred it feels to be seen and held. 👩🏾‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏾 Every laugh, every look, every silence between us feels like the universe whispering, “You’re exactly where you’re meant to be.” 🌬️ Here’s to the peace we build, the love we nurture, and the endless possibilities of what’s next on our journey together. 🥂✨ What’s your favorite kind of reset — solo or with your person? by @always.elma
When death left the home, intimacy left too. Let us bring the love, touch, and presence back into our goodbyes ✨ Save this post to reflect later—and share it to spark sacred conversation about how we honor death. #DimensionalDepartures #greifandgrace #modernmystic #deathdoula #love #sacred #ritual #art by @always.elma
devotion, not a performance. No one sees the small choices— But they build the energy I carry. 🌱 Hot teas that warm my womb. 🍤 High-protein home-cooked bowls that bless my body. 😴 Long, sacred naps that silence my mind. ✨ And grace—so much grace—when I fall behind. This season, I’m honoring rest, nourishment, and rhythm. Because tending to your body is holy. And discipline rooted in softness… still counts as power by @always.elma
Some things bloom beneath the surface. Give them time. Honor the rhythm. Stay faithful to the soil. 🌱 by @always.elma
