I’ve been obsessing over this choreography for MONTHS… so finally getting to learn it from @alexander_noel_janam himself felt unreal❤️🥹

This choreography was already one of my favorites, but experiencing the way he teaches it made me appreciate it on a completely different level. The details, the layers, the musicality, the way he breaks everything down — absolutely incredible. One of the best instructors I’ve ever had the privilege of learning from. I genuinely don’t think I could’ve asked for a better experience. ✨

Last night was one of those moments my younger self could only dream about. 🤍
Dance gives you moments that stay with you forever.
Growing up, I watched @punitjpathakofficial on TV, never imagining that one day I’d be standing in his workshop, learning his choreography from him. The little girl in me is smiling so big tonight✨. Thank you, @punitjpathakofficial , for sharing not just your choreography, but your passion, your artistry, and the kind of energy that reminds every dancer why we fell in love with dance in the first place.
A huge thank you to @pardesi_pulse for making this workshop happen. None of this would’ve been possible without you ❤️.

Happy International Dance Day!

Dance has been my sanctuary, my first love, and the rhythm of my soul. From the vibrant thumkas to the expressive storytelling of Indian Classical, it’s through dance that l’ve found healing, joy, and a deep connection to my culture.

It’s more than movement-it’s therapy that speaks when words fall short. Dance has shaped who I am, teaching me resilience, passion, and the beauty of expression.

Today, I celebrate the beats that have lifted me, the stages that have witnessed my journey, and the unbreakable bond I share with this art form.
