If you have 10 goals, you have none. Pick 3 big wins for the year and put everything else on a "Stop-Doing List." Focus is about saying no.

2. Set a "Minimum Baseline"
Forget fickle resolutions. Set the absolute minimum you’ll do on your worst day (e.g., 10 mins of deep work). Consistency beats intensity every single time.

3. Protect Your "Deep Work"

What a night.

If I could bottle the energy in the room last night at Mashup Food Hall, I would.

We came together to talk about "Owning Your Story in the Age of AI," and the insights from Alex Reed were incredible. But looking back this morning, what stands out most isn't just the strategy, it was the humanity.

It was the shared laughs during the fireside chat. It was the genuine desire in the room to see everyone else win.

It was a reminder that WE are better together.

Real connection cannot be automated. Community cannot be prompted into existence. It has to be built, in person, intentional moment by intentional moment.
