Storytelling is strategy. Not fluff.

Thank you to @magnetmediainc and @microsoft for creating space to share how I connect data to action at Fiserv.

Margot & Micah’s first trip to Martha’s Vineyard came with a little fieldwork. Auntie RuRu accidentally started an ethnographic study.

🙇🏽‍♀️😆♊️😎

After spotting so many twins on the island, I got curious.

Martha’s Vineyard has been a Black summer gathering place for generations — and Black women in the U.S. have the highest twin birth rate of the major racial and ethnic groups. 🤎

And just like that, The M&M’s Multiples Mission was born.

Our fieldwork: spot twins in the wild and ask each one:

What’s your favorite thing about your twin? Think fast. One word.

One day Margot & Micah will have their own answers.

Until then, Auntie is teaching them the important things: what makes them unique, ethnographic study, and apparently how to conduct field research before they can talk.

One of my favorite stops at the Oculus is Pretty Well Beauty. 🤍

I’ve discovered incredible brands here, found products I genuinely use, and watched Jazmin build something that means so much to so many people.

Now she’s looking for someone to continue what she’s created as she begins her next chapter.

If you’ve ever dreamed of owning a beauty business—or know an entrepreneur, operator, or investor who has—this could be an incredible opportunity.

I’m sharing this because I believe great businesses deserve the chance to continue, especially ones built with purpose and community at their core.

If someone comes to mind, please tag them, send them this post, or reach out to @prettywellbeauty

Let’s help write the next chapter together. 🤍

POV: They said “get behind the candidate,” and I don’t half-ass anything.

Meet @evertonblair
• Candidate for Georgia’s 13th Congressional District
• Born and raised in GA-13
• Son of Jamaican immigrants 🇯🇲
• First person of color and youngest-ever elected to the Gwinnett County Board of Education
• Former Board Chair who led during the COVID-19 pandemic
• Harvard → Stanford → Harvard Graduate School of Education

Whether you live in Georgia or not, races like this shape the future of Congress.

Fresh leadership is worth paying attention to.
