My “clean girl” essentials as someone turning 40 🪬🧿These are mostly external essentials. Other than minimal supplements, it is important to eat high fiber foods to help with your skin and health🍃 My favorite is @headandshouldersph cool menthol which recommended by my derma when I first experienced Seborrheic dermatitis due sudden change of weather.
