Man I love slalom

3rd place at Natty champs, Elite women

A long first day at nationals, slalom practice in the morning, brush up with dh practice, then right back into slalom. I really enjoyed the track this year, nonetheless I had a few bobbles in a few of my rounds, including some shralpage, and hitting the start gate but brought it back.

Race day!

Had a good first day of practice feeling out the track. Come seeding day I had a bit of a hugie and kinda scared myself. Suffered some minor scrapes and bruises, but I really dodged a bullet not reinjuring my collarbone as I crashed on my right side. Opted not to seed and let my body rest.

Going to feel out practice and go from there.

Back on ✌️ wheels

Added another metal plate and some screws to the quiver. So so grateful to be back on the bike.

With @prodownhillseries coming up my focus is to have fun and be safe. Never the less I’m excited to see everyone again and get back in between the tape after a good month and a half of rest.

It was hard not to go stir-crazy not being able to ride. There were some ups and downs but @mrsizaakv and @izaakv were always there for me. This also felt like a hard throw back to last year when I dislocated my elbow around the same time. I found my anchor in Aspen (my pup), truly a girls best friend. Taking walks and flying kites 🪁 The comeback is on the rise.

Gave the bike a little love today💋

I’ve always liked topo designs and wanted to give my bike a little bit of Aly to it and make it special. Did a lot of measuring once and cutting twice. 😂

Big cheezin from @hardmtbleague

So bummed to miss finals after breaking my collar bone during whip off. Hoping to bounce back quick and get back on the big bike. Rest for now! Coming back stronger. Managed P3 in seeding, till next time.

Incredibly happy with my progression and grateful to have had the opportunity to ride at this venue. It has been everything I’ve ever wanted from a mtb event and more.

Thanks so so much @braydonbringhurst @adamhadathought and to the rest of the Pishl family and builders. Curating such an awesome environment for all athletes to thrive.
