The Dubai flu got me 😭 but I fear my quick recovery is down to the fact I’m trying to live such a healthy lifestyle right now! Slay 🤏🏼

So to break it down, this is my wellness routine for getting back on top form if you get the Dubai Flu! When you’re no longer infectious, make sure to get those steps in, as the vitamin D will do incredible things for you, and sweating it out is going to benefit you! Ease your way back into workouts with a reformer Pilates class (don’t get me wrong, some reformer classes are spicy, but it’s better to start here than jumping straight back into heavy cardio)
Try an IV Drip! @thebritnurse was incredible for me - the team came round to give me a blood test, and I got my results back in less than a day! Then I got a personalized IV drip, and genuinely, it revived me 🤣
Focus on nutrition - olive oil shots, supplements, eating the rainbow! Avoid beige foods even if you’re feeling rough - they’ll just make it worse.
And SLEEEEP - my whoop is telling me off for not getting enough rest. Busy girl life xoxox
Do some skincare, watch Netflix, rest up, and don’t push your body too hard!

I started a business diaries (catchy, I know) EPISODE 2!✨

After consuming so much content from some of the most successful CEOs, both through Instagram & listening to podcasts, one of my biggest learnings is that: yes, you will make mistakes, but being in motion is so much more valuable than procrastinating the initial jump to bringing your vision to life! After 2 months of outreach, proof of concept, building relationships, and onboarding clients, I’ve already learnt more than I ever could have planned for just by observing other peoples’ experiences! This is your sign to give your dream a go, and start building the skills in real time! 🤌🏼
