Elie Saab presented his Spring/Summer 2027 Ready-to-Wear collection “À Fleur de Peau” a tribute to Jean Harlow’s timeless, intimate glamour.

Liquid gowns, sheer slips, lace, embroidered roses, corsets & bows in blush, powder blue, sage & sand.

Front row was iconic: @parishilton & @nickyhilton celebrating the return of Saab’s early-aughts codes, joined by @anasbukhsh.

Live from Les Invalides in Paris ✨✨✨I was invited to the Re-See of @givenchy’s new Women’s Ready-to-Wear collection for SS27. The presentation was held in the same space as the show at Les Invalides, with the same décor — and seeing it up close makes all the difference.

Sarah Burton’s concept for SS27 is ”Precision in Motion”— a wardrobe built on *balance and clarity.*

What I loved up close:
- Sculptural tailoring & sharp pinstripe suits
- Fluid leather dresses with neon details
- Oversized peplums, asymmetric collars & dramatic jewelry
- A vivid palette: pure black, electric blue, daffodil yellow & emerald green

I appreciate the cuts, the fabrics, and the small surreal details so much more than in a few seconds on the runway.

Sarah Burton has once again proven she is the perfect match for Givenchy.

I was delighted to be invited to the 3rd edition of The Event @the.event.dxb in Dubai, through the presence of designer @saiidkobeisy @saiidkobeisyprivate to close this event with his Tropical Jungle ready-to-wear collection at the Dubai World Trade Centre at Dubai Mall - Zabeel. This elegant evening was an opportunity to meet many colleagues from various fields and a chance to meet the international supermodel Izabelli Fontana @isabelifontana , who was the official face of this seasonal event, in addition to my meeting closely with many new designers from different Arab countries. This successful step is due to the vision of Aavva Fashion House @aavvafashion , represented by designer Ahmed @ahmadaavva and his partner Vincenzo @vvisciglia . Paris has always given Haute Couture a home.
Now, it gives high-end shoes one, too.

Today, for the first time, I stepped into Maison @rogervivier
Through a garden gate, into salons that unfold like chapters — shoes, handbags, accessories, each with its own quiet world — and then into a secret garden breathing behind the house.

But beyond the beauty of the place, the moment that stayed was meeting the mind behind it all: the designer himself @gherardofelloni

Because true luxury doesn’t just dress the foot.
It tells a story.

There’s something mesmerizing about watching one look flash past for seconds… then another takes over, and you forget everything else.

But at @schiaparelli , you never forget.
Every season, @danielroseberry rewrites the rules. Same room, same décor, hours later — yet it feels like a completely new code to crack.

For “The Abyss” FW 2027 Couture, he went full sci-fi:
Silicone instead of crepe. Gelatin instead of corsetry. Nylon instead of muslin. LED light tracing the sleeves, collar, chest — like couture framed in glow.

No fear of copycats here. When you have this many unreleased ideas, you can afford to be fearless.

One of the visits I absolutely insisted on during my trip to Marrakech 🇲🇦

While I was here covering Morocco Fashion Week, I had to stop by the Yves Saint Laurent Museum, right next to his villa and the iconic Majorelle Garden 💙

This little gem walks you through the most iconic moments of his life and career. What struck me most was the cultural side — his friendships with legendary painters, playwrights, intellectuals, and all the stars who wore YSL. His vision is timeless. You still see his ideas coming back today on runways, just with a modern twist ✨

Photography is banned in some halls… but I might have sneaked one shot just for the memories 📸 Don’t tell security 🤫

If you’re ever in Marrakech, this is a MUST. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased to be invited to attend the 10th edition of Fashion Week in Morocco, held in Marrakech over two consecutive days in two different venues.

The first was a modern, contemporary space that featured a number of fashion designers from Morocco and other countries. On the second day, the event took place inside a courtyard garden enclosed on all four sides, called a riad, at Bahia Palace, where designer Sara Chraibi’s label @maisonsarachraibi presented a stunning collection of abayas and dresses.

It’s worth mentioning that I was the only guest from the Arab region’s specialized fashion press, alongside others from France and several other countries. This event was produced and organized by @orientalfashionshow_officiel taken in Marrakech, Morocco by @alyjaffal

I was very pleased with my stay in Marrakech while covering the 10th edition of Moroccan Fashion Week @marocfashionweek_officiel fashionweek at Palais Beit Al Noor @palais.beitalnoor.marrakech riadbeitalnoor islocated in the heart of Marrakech’s old medina near the wellknown Jemaa al-Fna Square.

The most beautiful thing about this place is that it’s divided into several suites, each named after an artistic or literary figure. I had the chance to stay in the Kahlil Gibran suite. The other suites are named after Fairuz, Assi Rahbani, Zaki Nassif, Salwa Al Katrib, Sabah, and others.

During my stay I felt like I was at home because of the comfort, service, and care. I also can’t forget the breakfast on the rooftop terrace, specially prepared for me with a Moroccan touch. I recommend this experience to everyone. taken in Marrakech, Morocco by @alyjaffal
