Nana/BLAST design I made this week ٩(•̤̀ᵕ•̤́๑) 🍰🍓

I had to challenge myself to simplify my normal style to make working with HTV a lot easier! I like the way it came out on the tote and I’ll be making more for my Etsy drop this Friday >:-)

THE CURRY CLUB RADIO 🎼🍛🧡 my limited edition sticker for @curryclubsd

Stop by anytime from August 7-9 and celebrate their 2nd year anniversary! There will be stickers from other artists and new merch :)

Here is the design process in reverse!

The final design has its main palette inspired by the Padre’s City Connect colors.

This was a second option with the navy and orange inverted 🍊💙 Did not make the cut but still so cute!

My initial design and color palette I chose :) I love this one a lot, but I needed to put more of a focus on the curry since that IS the star of the show. I wish I could have implemented the miffy spoon somehow but perhaps this design will be in my back pocket!

Also the curry moco is my FAVORITE…

My illustration for the Skule 28 backpack with @fjallraven_na! A project that started at the beginning of this year and wrapped recently. So grateful for this ☁️💐⭐️

Final version (version B that includes my dog, Haru) → Earlier version (more elements of my style with color and texture) → First sketch

I took inspiration from San Diego since I love my home here so much! I specifically referenced the Sea Cliff Coastal Trail. Fun little easter egg in the second slide! 🤎💛

sticker design for the official release of Glimpse this saturday! 🎥 <3 get it at the release party!

in 2023, @earlando_engkanto asked me to make a coffee shop sign prop for his short film @glimpse_film

i drew up a sign for the Morning Moth cafe that you see in the film!

Glimpse won “best first time filmmaker” in 2024 at the san diego film festival! the cast/crew were some of the kindest people i’ve ever met in the very brief time i got to spend with them/watch them work together :) by @alylegs

TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY! 🍰♬ﾟ*｡♡

a lot of this past year and even today as taught me how little control i have! i’m very precious about things, even if it’s just what i choose to post online, but sometimes it’s no fun to be so calculated. i’d love to move more freely this year— in art, in relationships, in hobbies and more. i’m excited for what’s in store and i believe it’ll be abundant whether it’s how i envision or not 💕🍥🍧🍡⭐️ by @alylegs
