Corporate girly doodles 🍒 ✏️💫 If you are a creative person currently living a life of long phone calls and fluorescent lighting, I highly suggest making signs like we used to in middle school. Adult me may be whining but the angsty teen inside is thriving. PS if anyone still has any old signs I made them please dm me a pic! by @alynafehmer

✨I finally completed my own personal tarot deck ✨ I started this project a couple months ago as a way to connect back to creativity and joy. I needed something to focus on that just felt good. Something that allowed me to flow with the creative process, without an expectation for an outcome. I collaged all 78 cards by hand, cutting and pasting images from a stack of old magazines. Every card holds my perception of its meaning. This project allowed me to look at the journey of my life and confront the way I have viewed it, and the way I’ve viewed myself. The cards invited more grace, patience, and trust into my life. I’ve learned to admire the depth of my melancholy just as much as the depth of my love. It’s all part of our fool’s journey, after all 🫶 #tarot by @alynafehmer
Have you been feeling a quiet pull for deeper connection? Maybe you feel like something is missing, but you can’t quite name it? I am hosting a Winter Solstice event to foster connection and healing within sisterhood. For thousands of years, women gathered in circle to be seen, heard, and supported through ritual and shared experience. I hope to hold this safe space for us to remember our ancient connection. We’ll gather in an intentional space for: • Ceremonial cacao • Gentle breathwork • Guided meditation • Yule log solstice ritual • Conscious connection with other women 📅 December 21 • 5pm- 8pm 📍 Lotus in Bloom Healing (Cypress) ✨ Spaces are limited Follow the link in my bio to sign up❤️👯‍♀️ by @alynafehmer
As some of you may already know, I’ve started a podcast with my amazing soul sister @julsdun. It’s called Higher Self Alchemy. We hope that our pod provokes deep and meaningful conversations around the topics we are passionate and curious about. From spirituality, psychology and healing, to the mystical and paranormal, and more. We hope by sharing our own stories, and the stories of our guests, that we can all start to remember how much we have in common, and how much we still have left to learn about ourselves, each other, and this vast universe. You can follow our instagram account @higherselfalchemy and you can now listen to the podcast on Spotify and Apple. Link in my bio 😘✨ by @alynafehmer
What a labor of love this was. I have walked many labyrinths along my spiritual journey and always wanted my own, but space never allowed. The universe works in mysterious ways and, during the hardest few months of my life, I ended up at my mom’s house where she lovingly gave her blessing for me to create a labyrinth in her backyard. So much sacred intention went into the planning and construction of this beauty. It’s about 25 feet in diameter, each curve meticulously calculated, each stone purposely placed, every decision made in deep connection with the earth and my spirit. From the directional orientation of the entrance, the crystals buried in the ground, the sacred geometry within it, everything in this process had a purpose. So much ancient wisdom moved through me, into this space. Although it was physically and mentally challenging, I have never had a project go so smoothly. I was in a constant state of flow and gratitude. I didn’t mind being sore, sweaty, and tired. It was a privilege and an honor and I genuinely felt as if I was in divine co-creation with the universe. I truly believe I was called to build this labyrinth and I can’t help but wonder if this was the start of something much bigger for me. I am definitely inspired by @reginaldadams and the way he shares his art and craft with the world. I had the pleasure of walking one of his labyrinths at @discoverygreen last year and I love to see this practice emerging in the community. I look forward to sharing more about this process, as everything I want to say about it could never be contained in a single post. #labyrinth #sacredgeometry #spirituality #gaia #divineunion #healing #meditation #energywork #alchemy #shadowwork #intentions #newearth #lightworker #starseed #liveinpurpose by @alynafehmer
I spent 4 hours on the beach last night, drinking cacao and deeply reflecting on this moment in time. I drove out as far as I could, in hopes of having the beach to myself. I never saw a soul. It was completely silent, other than the waves. I hold so much gratitude for all I have learned and experienced thus far, but I would be lying if I said I wasn’t trying to rush the healing process. If you are on the spiritual journey, you will know that the dark night of the soul is an uncomfortable place to be. But, through all the pain of death and change comes the metamorphosis. It’s the true alchemy of life. These moments of solitude allow me the space and grace to be in my darkness and find the beauty in it, rather than try and escape it. #spirituality #spiritualawakening #spiritualjourney #darknightofthesoul #shadowwork #alchemy by @alynafehmer
For me, this whole life is a journey of un-becoming. We’ve always been the one we are searching for❤️ #selflove #unbecoming #journeytoremembering #consciouswoman by @alynafehmer
When Teddy was little I would sing different songs as I changed him and got him dressed and one of his favorites was “wheels on the bus”. We would improvise and add animals to the song to make it fun, one of those animals being Bernie. So we would sing, “the Bernie on the bus goes ruff, ruff, ruff”. One day, Bernie (who had never howled a day in his 5 year life) started howling from the other room when we sang that part, and has done so ever since. In the video you can hear him getting flustered as he patiently waits for his part 😂😂. Love his soul so much ♥️🐶 #funnydog #funnypets #dogsofinstagram #stbernard #greaterswissmountaindog #swissysaint #swissysofinstagram by @alynafehmer
