Whatever energies that have aligned this recent wave of new community members - I am super grateful, and I’m happy you’re here ! my heart is also forever full of gratitude for those who have been here for the long haul and all of you who show up, supporting each other and showing incredible support to me as well. The tears came immediately following this video hahah. @kinship_highlandpark and the other teachers there actually changed my life. Before I was ever a teacher there. Truly at some of the most shattered times of my life the hot room and the people there sharing that space together moved my through to the other side. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without the impact of this studio. And to have become a teacher there was such an accomplishment for me and a real marker of change. Tears are still flowing. Thank you @kinship_highlandpark family ! Also specifically @breevanzutphen & @alexhalenda for your impact in my life. <3 by @alysamconger
