We don’t need another therapy session…we need high-frequency animals, birds singing, flowers blooming, mist on our skin, musical instruments, flowing water, sunlight, movement, color 🌞💕🦜

We need activated energy that makes us feel alive again!! 🦋🌿🌊

This isn’t about birds 🤍🦜

Stop consuming so much of your life.

Consuming entertainment.
Consuming food.
Consuming attention.
Consuming content.
Consuming noise.
Always searching for the next thing to make you feel better.

More doesn’t always mean more fulfilled. Sometimes more just leaves you overwhelmed, disconnected, and numb.

Life isn’t only here for you to consume.
You must participate in it for the universe to hear you.
For your energy to become stronger.

Dance to the birds when they sing to you.
Notice what’s already around you.
Create something. Give something. Love something.
Pour back into the world from your heart.

Stop chasing more long enough to realize how much life is already happening right in front of you. 🤍 taken in Key Largo, Florida by @alysamoves

I heard someone talking about boy vs girl dogs & they said:

“Boy dogs would walk across fire for you but girl dogs will light the world on fire for you…” 🤍🐕

I think that couldn’t be more accurate😂

It’s getting crazy! There are soo many stray cats here the shelters are overwhelmed and it’s never ending.🙏🙏

Shoutout to @upperkeyshumanesocietymm101 for their amazing work!!

The community does a great job at neutering, caring, and creating foundations for the cats but it’s not enough. 🐈🤍

The FL keys has such a small population I don’t think enough people are aware of this.

Even if you don’t plan on adopting a cat please share to anyone who loves cats and may consider coming to adopt! ‼️

There are near 40 on my street alone 🥺💔#adoptdontshop❤️ #rescuecat #rescueanimals #keylargo taken in Key Largo, Florida by @alysamoves

Food for thought 🍎✨💭

Don’t let them tell you you’re “too much”, “too sensitive, “too talkative”, “too dramatic”, “too opinionated”, “too caring”, “too intense”,

You are here for a purpose & that purpose is to BE YOU! God really said I need more of this & created YOU! Don’t hide your light from the world. Embrace every ounce of it. Let it shine bright. 🌞✨✨ by @alysamoves
