Every morning I open my blinds and say 'good morning world'. This was my view today.
I had so much more to say after capturing this picture but the only thing that came out of my mouth was, Thank you. 🌞 by @alysecrabtree1972

A happy little accident. (says Bob Ross)
I had my camera open to take a picture of a deer track and trying to get out of the buggy. I almost dropped my phone and my thumb captured this picture while trying to catch it.
It's perfect. ❤️ taken in Opp, Alabama by @alysecrabtree1972

Steak TarTare at home. You can do it, I promise.
When Publix had the Prime Rib on sale for $9.99 lb, I had the butcher cut it into steaks.
I defrosted one of the steaks and ran it through our meat grinder into a cold bowl.
Prior to that, I poached one egg yolk in olive oil, rosemary and garlic in the oven set at 200° for about 20 minutes.
Mixing Dijon, cornishuns, poached garlic, shallots, capers, anchovies, juice of half of a lemon and some Worcestershire. The anchovies and capers are salty so be careful if you choose to salt.
I mixed it all together and put it in a biscuit cutter for a mold served with the poached yolk on top. (The yolk, when poached gives a buttery taste so don't freak out about it)
Served mine with scalloped potatoes.
What a devine make at home meal.
