✨ My story in a snapshot ✨

I’m Alysha — 31, married to the love of my life, and a traveling healthcare provider turned health + lifestyle coach.

Not long ago, I was stuck in the emotional-eating cycle.
Stress, exhaustion, and guilt had me turning to food for comfort… but it left me feeling worse every time. I reached 252 lbs, became pre-diabetic, and barely recognized myself.

That’s when I decided something had to change. Through the FASTer Way, I learned how to fuel my body instead of punish it — building strength, healing my relationship with food, and losing over 90 lbs in the process. 🙌

Now, I help busy women in their 30s + 40s do the same: find freedom from emotional eating, boost metabolism, and create simple habits that keep hormones balanced and energy steady — so when perimenopause hits, you’re ready to thrive, not just survive. 💪

This isn’t about restriction or perfection.
It’s about healing, strength, and finally feeling at peace in your own skin. 🌿

The accuracy of this 😂

But also… this is where it can get tricky 👇

Walking into places like Costco tired, stressed, and overwhelmed is exactly when the “throw it all in the cart” mindset kicks in.

And suddenly it’s not just groceries…
it’s snacks you didn’t plan for, emotional decisions, and that “I’ll start over Monday” feeling creeping back in.

Here’s your reminder:
You don’t need more willpower… you need a plan ❤️

➡️ Go in with intention
➡️ Stick to your list (mostly 😉)
➡️ Fuel your body with foods that actually give you energy

Because food should support you… not sabotage you.

If you’re tired of feeling out of control around food (even at Costco), I can help you change that for good.

Sometimes the breakthrough doesn’t come the way we expect.

Not the quick fix.
Not the “finally I have it all together” moment.

Sometimes… God doesn’t remove the struggle.

He walks you through it.
He strengthens you in it.
He changes you because of it.

I used to pray for the weight to just come off…
for the cravings to stop…
for the emotional eating to disappear overnight.

But what He actually did?
He taught me how to heal.
How to show up.
How to climb instead of quit.

And that changed everything. 🤍

If you’re in a season that feels heavy right now…
you’re not stuck—you’re being strengthened.

Keep going. He’s with you every step. by @alyshabernadelli

Comment RESET and I’ll show you exactly where to start ❤️

I used to think I had to lose weight to feel confident…

But the truth?

Confidence didn’t come from shrinking myself.
It came from getting stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This is the lifestyle that helped me break free from stress eating, build strength, and finally feel GOOD in my own skin.

If you’ve been stuck in that cycle… I see you! 🫶🏻

You don’t need another diet.
You need a better way. by @alyshabernadelli

If you’re sore from a workout today… this is your reminder not to quit.

Your body isn’t breaking down, it’s building!
You just need to support it.

Walking + water might seem “too simple”…
but they’re exactly what help reduce soreness, boost recovery, and keep you going.

Consistency isn’t built in extremes, it’s built here 🤍

Most women aren’t failing at fat loss…
they’ve just never been shown what actually works.

I used to think I needed more cardio.
More time. More effort. More restriction.

But the truth?
I was exhausted… overwhelmed… and turning to food just to cope.

It wasn’t until I learned how to combine strength + strategic cardio (like this Tabata) that things started to shift.

Not just my body…
but my energy, my confidence, and my relationship with food.

Because this isn’t about punishing your body.
It’s about learning how to support it ❤️

When you build muscle + fuel your body the right way…
your body starts working with you instead of against you.

And that’s exactly what I want for you.

That’s why I am coaching the Ab Lab,
a simple, doable way to start building strength, burning fat, and feeling in control again.

No extremes.
No starting over.
No guilt.

Just a better way.

Comment AB and I’ll send you the details 👇

You don’t need more ab workouts.

You need a body that feels safe enough to let go of fat.

Because:
– high cortisol = belly fat storage
– inflammation = constant bloat
– underfueling = stalled metabolism

Ab workouts build your core…

But they don’t reveal it.

That comes from how you’re fueling and supporting your body.

That’s exactly what we focus on inside Ab Lab 🔥

Be honest… are you starting over again today?

If you are, I just want you to know… you’re not failing.

So many women I talk to are stuck in this cycle:
trying to eat perfectly
feeling overwhelmed
turning to food when stress hits
and then starting over again on Monday

That’s not a discipline problem…
that’s a stress + strategy problem.

And I’ve been there.

What changed everything for me wasn’t trying harder…
it was finally following a simple, sustainable plan that actually supported my body.

Taking care of my body became less about punishment…
and more about honoring the temple God gave me.

And THAT is when things started to click.

If you’re tired of starting over… I see you ❤️
You don’t have to figure this out alone anymore.

You don’t need more time… you need a smarter strategy.

If you’re feeling tired after you eat
If your energy crashes mid-afternoon
If fat loss feels harder than it should…

Start here 👇
🚶‍♀️ Walk for 10–15 minutes after your meals

It helps regulate blood sugar, improve digestion, and support fat loss—without adding more stress to your day.

Simple. Sustainable. Effective.

👉 Comment RESET and I’ll send you a few simple steps to start breaking this cycle today ❤️

You don’t lack discipline.
You’re just overwhelmed… and trying to “fix it” with more restriction.

And that’s the cycle most women stay stuck in 👇

You try to be “good” all week
You eat less, skip meals, push through

Then life happens… stress hits…
and suddenly you feel like you’ve “fallen off”

So you tell yourself:
“I’ll start over Monday.”

But nothing actually changes.

Because the problem was never your discipline…
it was the cycle.

This is exactly what I help women break out of ❤️

Not with more restriction…
but with structure that actually supports your real life. by @alyshabernadelli
