Do you have a prayer request? A need? Something you have been asking God for? For a few years now, God has placed on my heart to keep a prayer journal with a list of people I know. Sometimes it would just be a name and other times it will be an actual prayer God would give me for them. Often times people tell you I’ll pray for you or I’m praying for you. How are we truly stewarding the relationships that God has place in our lives, family children, business partners, coworkers, clients, friends or even strangers?God is instructing me to take the Kingdom of Heaven more seriously. It’s not disposable, it’s not casual. It’s stewardship. So here I am standing in the gap! If there’s something I can help pray with you for or agree with you about please comment or shoot me a DM! I don’t take this lightly. Being able to bring our son with us to community gatherings is one of the biggest blessings. Don’t get me wrong I can’t always bring him and it has its challenges, but it’s worth it when we can.He carries a light that I can see impact a room and for that I’m just eternally grateful 🫶Personally, I hope to see more of my peers and friends bring their children. Normalizing this again in our culture and community is important. p.s. Jesiah be networking foreal. He has a new play date and 5 new babysitters lined up lol by @alyshalellis

Building community has become a superpower I’ve learned to own.But if I’m honest, it started from a place of lack.Searching for spaces where I could fit in. Where we could show up fully as ourselves. Where we didn’t have to shrink, explain, or wait to be invited.So many times, I found myself creating what I felt was missing.Picking up the mantle of, “I’ll do it.”What started from desperation has grown into a genuine place of love.Curating with and for community is special.I’ve been here.Showing up.
