In February of 2021 I flew to the beaches of Florida to participate in an event like no other. Sheild Maiden Immersion.

There, sitting in a cold and intimidating classroom in my all black clothing, I came face to face with some limiting beliefs about my ability to learn. My mental capacity was stretched further than it had ever been before. I learned business strategy and actions that matter for making my dreams a reality.
There, walking through the sand for miles with a 50 pound bag over my head, I came face to face with some of my darkest shadows. By pushing my body to it's physical limits, I broke down. Hard. Only to find a breakthrough. Low gear, breath control, moving forward one step at a time with focus and purpose.
There, I met my most rebellious self... I met resistance like I never have before. At times, fighting with coaches and fighting the systems they put in place to help me thrive and suceed.
There, I met the greatest leader in me by being a constant source of joy and love, stepping into my power and using my voice to inspire and motivate the sisterhood. By taking time for silence, I learned how to turn the negative words in my head to ones that lit me on fire and took me higher.

This is a self highlight reel I made from the footage captured there by @davidbskaggs that I am so grateful to have.

I watch it to pump myself up.
It is a reminder that I am a warrior!
I am Kia Kaha - Forever Strong.
I am a leader amongst leaders. I am capable of doing hard things. I know my holy cause. I am driven by my holy cause. The shadows fade away as I sharpen my knife. I am expanding my skillsets, toolsets and mindsets every single day. I am successful in everything I do.

To all my past loves, thank you. Oh the beauty that was experienced with each of them.

I am someone who believes relationships of any dynamic and especially those that are romantic, are such a huge gateway and catalyst to expansion by really seeing yourself. Everything - shadows and light - reflected back daily.

It is love that is the healer.

And now that I have been through so many of them, I have discovered a lot and yet not really taking the time to integrate. I have been learning what wounds I have carried on from childhood into each relationship and then which wounds created in those relationships were not healed and also carried on.

Well, now at 31. I do have massive phases of loneliness influence, depression. I am grateful for the opportunity.
To shift my mindset and reframe into empowered solitude and see what behaviors have played parts in all my separations.

I will not be letting heartbreak and loneliness be what ends up. Driving me to begin something new so quickly.

No more using sexuality as a distraction,
And no more caring for another more than I would myself.

Once I learn deeply what all my needs are and how to articulate them to another from a place of wholeness within, I know I can attract another soulmate. For however long me and that person decide we are going to create together.

Ultimately I will be my own best lover and the thing I have solidly seen and know with peace is that change is the only constant.

Oh and I am calling in that you'll definitely being seeing me without a lot more friendships being highlighted!! by @alysia22

Mannnn. Prius on 'Bed Mode' just doesn't hit the same without my other mattress...
That I have seemed to have lost completely! NO IDEA WHERE IT IS.
SOS 🙀 hahahaha
But this'll still be a vibe for the rest of fall and winter to hang out in and kick back in to chill on my breaks.

I still don't have my van in my possession for camping so we'll see where this girl gets out to this year 😍😜

A phenomenal day of exploration around this gorgeous place I get to call home - The Southern Utah desert wilderness.
Overlooking Snow Canyon from this perspective is kick ass!
Plenty of space through Winchester Hills for development...
And it'll make me very sad to see the day big developers do expand out here turning this gorgeous little community/town/neighborhood into back to back, cookie cutter home Cul-De-Sacs.
It "should" be law that people out here own at least an acre plot that they build on.
And plant a few damn trees. Hahaha that's the utopia I wish to live in anyway... 😩😅🙌🏼

Embrace the chaos!
Being a Manifesting Generator with multiple passions means my resume is a thrilling ride through back-to-back adventures. How do you fit a whole universe of skills and experiences onto two pages? 😅

This year I've treated myself quite a lot to some more lavish and luxury kinds of self care experiences and I am so deeply grateful!👌🏼😘
Foot massages and vitamin IV's and red light therapy wall after a workout at the gym pictured but that's only the beginning
Massage and acupuncture almost weekly, cold dips and sauna once or sometimes twice a month, red light therapy baths, facials, teeth whitening, foot zoning, and oh how the list goes on and on.

Your Siblings Closet and my time @yinonfirefestival as a whole this year, was an absolute success!

The only photo I got was this one! Which of course, even with how gorgeous of a candid capture it is, I have the slight feels of it being unfortunate...
But also a part of the bigger plan and healing was that piece. Being disconnected from my phone almost entirely. - In the moment. Fully present. 🔑

I got to awaken and serve who I was truly meant to serve and meet the people who deeply understood and appreciated the core mission and intention. The few who valued the art and experience to its fullest.

It didn't come without its challenges, of course, and my patience and hope in humanity was tested to its limits. Even within my conscious soul family. A group for whom I set high expectations upon in their ways of being lol
At the end of each day, I found it in myself to reflect only on the beauty and moments that brought a sense of deep fulfillment and joy to my heart and soul. A lot of fun was indeed had!!!

I have been so completely supported in this creation. Beyond what I thought I needed. I am incredibly and eternally grateful. A weight physically and metaphysically was lifted from my shoulders.
