the most beautiful, transformative experience of my life! learning from the best @sueyogamanchester and @becominglinzijayne - such inspiring, beautiful, creative, compassionate women. i am so so grateful to you both for sharing your knowledge and always being the most supportive teachers 💓 i can’t put into words how much i appreciate you - you’ve changed my life. thank you SO much x

and i am beyond lucky to have gone on this journey with my soul sisters!!! i am so glad the universe brought us all together 🥺 each one of you inspires me endlessly - the most gorgeous, strong, empathetic, resilient group of women. to see you all grow and bloom has been a joy 🤍 this group is something truly special. i love you all so much!!!!

a huge thank you to @mr_speede for capturing these beautiful memories :’)

feel the fear and do it anyway (because it might end up being the best experience ever)
