So incredibly honored to be going into my 3rd season as a Siren!! Getting to dance for a San Diego team and represent @sealslax is something I’m so grateful for.

A huge thank you to @michellekeysgreaves for continuing to believe in me and giving me this opportunity, and to @bodbyaud_ for always pushing me and keeping me in shape! So thankful for this team, these girls, and another season doing what I love. TYJ!!!

Can’t wait for this season ! GO SEALS! 🦭💜🔱 by @alysondances

Every Tuesday I show up to @movinwithmorgen class almost 30 minutes late coming straight from work. As a perfectionist, I can feel myself shutting down when I don’t pick up the combo right away.

Last night, I didn’t catch on as quickly as I wanted to, but instead of getting in my head, I chose to give myself some grace and just enjoy dancing.

I forgot how fun it is to let go and not strive for perfection. I love dancing so much, and last night was such a good mental reminder that it’s not supposed to feel stressful 🤍 by @alysondances
