A little less parking stress. A lot more peace of mind. 🚗🧘‍♀️
Did you know Southern Om has covered parking available for our West End yogis?
We’ve got a few designated covered parking spots at The Greene Apartments, conveniently located next to our West End studio!
Because getting to your mat should be the easy part of your day. 💛
One more reason to make Southern Om your oasis in a busy day.

There’s a reason people fall in love with Southern 26. 🔥
For Alyssa, it’s not just a class she teaches—it’s a practice she believes in.
26 postures. Two breathing exercises. A seriously hot room. And the opportunity to come back to the same practice again and again, noticing how your body, focus, strength and experience continue to change.
Southern 26 is challenging. It’s focused. It’s sweaty. And there’s something incredibly powerful about learning to stay present when things get uncomfortable.
Never tried our hottest class?
🔥 Come experience Southern 26 for yourself.
Check the schedule and step into the heat. We’ll meet you there.

Happy New Year! 🎉
We are so grateful for an incredible year filled with movement, growth, and the most amazing community. A huge shoutout to our incredible instructors who bring all the energy and new poses to Namaste 🙏💚
Thank you for making Namaste such a special place—we can’t wait to move into 2026 together! #greersc #newyear #yoga #healthandwellness by @alyssa.magdalena

Staying flexible during the holidays will allow you to experience all the joy and fun without adding stress.

🌱 Balance isn’t something you find — it’s something you create.

Each time you root down and rise up, you build strength not just in your body, but in your mind and spirit.

Hot yoga teaches us to stay steady when things get challenging, to breathe deeper when it counts most, and to trust our own power. 💪🔥

Find your balance. Stand in your strength. ✨

Major shoutout to @alyssa.magdalena !
Today she completed her makeup testing in JKD, Wing Chun, Kali, and Muay Thai—an incredible accomplishment that takes serious skill, endurance, and heart. It was a long, challenging day of testing, and she gave it everything she had. Her performance was a beautiful display of all the arts our Academy has to offer.

Alyssa missed the regular testing dates because she was out of state doing something just as amazing—performing with the largest Asian American theater company in the Midwest! We’re so proud of how she represents not only martial arts, but also the arts in general. She’s multi-talented, hard-working, and a true inspiration.

Congrats, Alyssa! You crushed it!
