LA was soooo great to us! Seriously one of my most fun and memorable trips! Laughed SOO much, did so much (like watched the most perfect sunset in Malibu) and overall just maximized every second! ❤️‍🔥

Yall! Great news! Collectively, my grandpa and I have lost 100lbs!!! 😈👏🏼

I added some pictures from our trip back in January because looking at them now is wiiiild! The difference is fr CRAZY. And obviously had to throw some of my favorite pictures of us at the end. 🥹

I’m literally so proud of him, and one of my favorite parts of this whole journey has been getting to do it together. We’re constantly talking about our goals, sharing the things that are working for us, celebrating the wins, and most importantly, holding each other accountable everyyy day.

We still have milestones to hit, but this was a big one so wanted to share it with yall! 😈

@shelleyblanzy , now we just have to get him to walk with us in the morning!! 🤣🤞🏼

Colorado, you were GREAT to us! This will go down as one of my all time favorite trips I’ve taken! I love my family so much. So grateful to have gotten this dedicated time with them! Shoutout to my cousin @smiley042181 and her husband for being the best hosts for our crazy family trip! 🫶🏼

POV: Shelley keeps amazing me!!!

This tuna salad took just a few minutes to make, is packed with a lot of protein, and somehow… once again… is FIIIIIRE. 🔥

I swear every meal I say, “This is fire,” but I’m so serious every time 😂

Ingredients:
- Canned Wild tuna
- Eggs
- Protein toast
- Avocado mayo
- Jalapeños
- Dill pickles
- Banana pepper rings
- Salt & pepper

All hits. No misses everyyyy time! 💪

I had never even heard of a frittata… let alone tried one 😂 I honestly thought it was just going to be a giant omelet.

I was wrong.

12/10 rating from me and officially added to the weekly meal prep rotation. 😈

Life is wiiiild sometimes! What started with one of the scariest procedures of my life, has now turned into something I never expected which is…… an amazing opportunity!

Waiting on a bone marrow biopsy was literally anxiety ridden and terrifying. Thankfully, my results came back clear, but that moment forced me to ask myself a real honest question:
If I get another chance to take care of this body... what am I going to do with it?

That’s when my increeeeedible friend, @shelleyblanzy stepped in to help lead the way. She didn’t just give me advice and send me on my way lol, instead she has opened her home, is teaching me how to fuel my body, pushes me past all limiting beliefs, and has reminded me that small, consistent choices really do add up every day.

For me, this time in my life isn’t just about losing weight anymore. It’s about becoming healthier, keeping promises to myself, growing spiritually and really just showing up every day, even when it’s hard (especially on those days.)

We’re only getting started, but for the first time in a long time, this time around feels soooo different.

Can’t wait for yall to see what we’ve been up to, because I’m already seeing insane results 😈
