Today marks 6 months without my mom and not a day goes by that I don’t see little reminders of her. You’d think that every day would get easier but in reality it’s just another day without a person you love. The only thing that makes it easier is the love from everyone else around you to help fill the gaps. There are so many things I wish I could tell her and God knows I’ve needed her advice more than ever. You never realize how much your parents advise helps you navigate through life until you stop receiving it. This is a reminder to love harder, hug tighter, forgive easier, tell people you love and miss them and cherish every moment you have with the people that mean the most to you. Just wanted to publicly thank all of my friends and family for being the best people I know and getting me through a hard fkn year. If you’re reading this wondering if I’m talking about you, I am. I love you. 2022 brought the highest of highs and the lowest of lows but I’m forever grateful to be where I am today and it’s all thanks to every single one of you. Anyways, happy holidays.
