4 years. A million different versions of me. And a whole lot more than a physical transformation.

I’ve been the girl who nearly lost her life to addiction. The girl who found purpose in bodybuilding. The girl who confused extremes with balance. The girl who stepped on stage while privately fighting battles that had absolutely nothing to do with her physique.

I’ve been disciplined. I’ve been reckless. I’ve been confident, insecure, heartbroken, and completely lost.

And somehow, through every version, I’ve always found my way back to myself.

These last four years have taught me that growth isn’t linear, healing isn’t pretty, and chasing your passions doesn’t make you immune to struggling with your mental health.

But one thing I’ve refused to compromise is my belief that life is worth experiencing, that love is worth giving, and that I am worth showing up for—even when I’m not particularly proud of the person staring back at me.

I can love who I am today and still demand more from myself tomorrow. Those two things aren’t mutually exclusive.

That’s what this transformation represents to me. Not a smaller waist, a better physique, or a collection of stage photos. It’s four years of falling apart, rebuilding, learning, unlearning, and refusing to let my worst chapters become my entire story.

So here’s your reminder: You don’t have to have your shit together to keep moving forward. You don’t have to feel confident to show up. And you certainly don’t have to hate who you are to become someone better.

Keep showing up. Keep betting on yourself. Keep giving yourself a reason to be proud of the life you’re building.

And if you swipe all the way back to 2022, you’ll see that some things never change.

Once an unhinged party girl, now an unhinged gym rat. Same obsessive personality, significantly better coping mechanisms. 😂🤝✨
