My sweet girl. To know Brileigh was to truly love her and truly know God. I can’t imagine life without you and I wish that I did not have to. You have always light up every room you have ever walked in and shown the love of Jesus more than anyone I have ever met. Everyone that knew me knew you because you were and always will be my person. With everything you have gone through in life you have always came out the other side stronger and better and it truly amazes me everyday. Not a day is going to go by that I do not think of you. You have truly gotten me through the last few years of me life and I could not be more grateful. The goals you had in life and the drive in life never fails to amaze me and I promise to carry your love for others and God with me wherever I go. Heaven is absolute rejoicing with you finally being home. As much as it pains me to know you’re gone you’re in the best place you could ever be in.

And Kyler my “little brother” you have never failed to make me laugh and that absolutely amazes me. You two have the best relationship out of anyone I have truly known and I love it. Life without yall is going to suck but I can not wait to see yall again and hug yall again. Im going to miss all the times you hyped me up even when I did not want to hear it. There is not enough words to explain how much I love both of yall. by @alyyphelps

These last 2 months have been nothing short of the hardest months of my life. Losing 2 of the most important people in your life is not something you can never prepare for, and still it is so hard to comprehend. Despite this I have truly learnt so much. One thing you’re always told is you never know when it’s someone’s last day or last time seeing someone. Experiencing this made me truly realize that. I don’t like to sit back in regret but if i could change one thing I would make it more known to them how much I love them and remind them every. single. day. Always hug your loved ones tight, and tell them how much you love them.
Ive also learnt that everything happens for a reason. As much as I never liked to hear this it is nothing short of the truth. Even though I lost such amazing people I have made so many new and old connections that I would have never made. If I could do anything to stop the accident I would. But being able to connect with people that loved them just as much as I did is healing.
The main thing I have learnt is the Lord is ALWAYS here and ALWAYS listening. Sometimes I do not think He hears me and then He proves to me that He is. In my darkest days He is always there and always showing me the light. Being friends with them brought me closer to the Lord, and I chose to live vicariously through that and continue to further my relationship with the Lord.
This has not been an easy 2 months but the lessons I have learnt have been a blessing to me. As much as I wish I could change the outcome, I cant. I can choose to continue living through them and the Lord.
Cherish your time here. Remember everything happens for a reason. And give your life to the Lord.
