Most of us don’t actively think about our breath very often. Meanwhile, it’s our literal LIFE FORCE. It’s free. It’s accessible to us at any moment. And it’s a MAYJOR KEY for unlocking a better relationship with ourselves.

That relationship is where betting on yourself begins, which is why I’m offering free pranayama sessions :)

“BET ON YRSLF” is not a dare to start a business. It’s a way of thinking and being. It’s the belief that you are capable of changing anything in your life, from the tiniest habit you want to shift to the most outrageous ambition you want to pursue.

It’s not about obsessing over outcomes. It’s about the freedom that comes from actually believing in yourself. And little action by little action, betting on yourself becomes a way of life.

This session is designed to help you remove external noise, hear your own inner voice, and strengthen the relationship you have with yourself, because betting on yourself starts there. I explain what pranayama is, we practice together, and we do a meditation to help create the inner conditions to bet on yourself.

In EP 07, we chat with world traveler and entrepreneur, Allie Dietzek, who I met at an AI conference.

She’s equal parts futurist and primalist. We break down what that means and what an ideal world could look like for human and AI co-existence. by @alz5

We are thrilled to welcome Allie Dietzek, digital strategist and founder, to the ON_Discourse network.

Allie thrives at the intersection of human intuition and technological disruption. As a business development and growth strategist, she explores how emerging technologies reshape not just industries, but the people navigating them. Her journey spans small business creation, writing, solo travel, and a lifelong fascination with linguistics, customer experience innovation, and the connective tissue between science and spirituality.

Allie brings to the community a rare blend of analytical rigor and philosophical curiosity, always scanning for the signals beneath the noise, and always asking what kind of future we’re building, and for whom.

Her invitation to join ON_Discourse came through experience, not just aspiration:

“I decided to join ON_Discourse after participating in the AI Summit earlier this year. I felt I’d found a group of people who were like-minded in their sense of possibility, their valuing of unique life experiences, and their openness to emerging technologies. I also felt challenged by their differing perspectives (like Dan Gardner’s insistence on ‘good friction’). I’m excited about a community that is oriented around questions as much as answers; that creates the time and space for conversation and true discourse - a real luxury.”

Welcome to the discourse, Allie. by @alz5
