6/26 - 9/26📸 Recently started therapy and what a great tool it’s been. I know I speak about physical health frequently but mental health is just as if not more more important. Hope that if there’s any guys that think therapy is dumb or useless that they can see a big guy like me willing to open up and dive into my head and maybe that’ll change their perspective. Keep on keeping on😊 by @alzwilling

This post is specifically for me to brag about how lucky I am to be married to my bestfriend, my rock, my little crackhead. Without you I wouldn’t be who I am or where I’m at today. Thank you for putting up with the early mornings, the long nights, the 100’s of meals I have to eat, and everything else inbetween. I love you Sarah Quinn by @alzwilling
First, I want to thank everyone who has supported me and continues to be in my corner. Your encouragement never goes unnoticed, and I’m incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. Second, I’m fortunate to have the opportunity to keep doing what I love while meeting so many amazing people through this sport. The friendships, experiences, and lessons along the way are something I truly cherish. Last, but certainly not least, I want to thank @npctwincitiesopen for putting on such an incredible show. The community that has been built here is truly special, and I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to compete alongside so many outstanding athletes. by @alzwilling
