Today Heaven gained such a beautiful soul. Saying goodbye to Pop was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do. If you knew me you most likely knew my Pop, he had a heart that could make anyone feel loved, a sense of humor that could literally make anyone in the room laugh. Pop never met a stranger he brought joy into so many lives. Pop was more than a grandfather to me he was one of my best friends. He was always there to take care of me, he was at every one of my gymnastics meets every cheer competition every school event etc and he helped me through anything. Pop could always make me laugh when I needed it the most the kind of laugh where you can’t breathe anymore and makes your stomach hurt. He always made sure to find joy in every moment and I will carry that with me forever. If there was music playing, you could count on Pop to be dancing with a smile on his face, and I just know he’s having the time of his life up there dancing all day long.

Thank you for every hug, every lesson, every laugh and every memory. There are no words to even describe how much I am going to miss you. I’m going to miss the countless memories with you. I will miss going to the pond with you to feed the ducks, playing cards, and all the perfectly cut sandwiches you would make me. The world isn’t the same without you but I know that Heaven just got a little brighter with the light that follows you wherever you go. I’ll keep making you proud Pop. I’ll love you and miss you for the rest of my life. I can’t wait to see you again. 🦋🍀🤍 by @am.h05
