Behind every name is a story, a prayer, a testimony, or even the circumstances surrounding our birth.A special thank you to @dimmaumeh for inspiring me to share this beautiful part of our culture and my own story! ❤️✨

Now I’m curious… What’s your Nigerian name, and what’s the story behind it? 👀❤️

A little crash out, but this needed to be said. 😮‍💨 Can we stop calling every procedure involving the cervix “just a little pinch”? Because for some women, it is anything BUT little. 😭 Pain is different for everyone—normalize asking women how they actually feel instead of telling us how we’re supposed to feel. by @amaka_obi13

A little gloss, a little perfume, and a whole lot of grace. 🤍✨ Finishing touches before heading to His house — grateful for another Sunday, another chance to worship, and another reminder of His goodness. 🙏🏾⛪️✨ Serving Sunday best, but always for His glory. 🤍

DIY MIRACLE KNOTS because looking expensive doesn’t mean I have to spend expensive. 💅🏾✨

18” @ygwigs.us Body Wave + a little patience = LUXURY. 😮‍💨

The install said “salon money” but my bank account said “absolutely not, babe.” 😂💸

Soft, bouncy, seamless and giving “Who did your hair?” energy. 🤭💕

Some birthdays feel different… and this one is especially close to my heart. 🤍
Looking at these pictures reminds me that life isn’t just about the seasons we go through, but the people God places in our lives to remind us that we are loved, seen, and worth celebrating.

@dr.wonu thank you for celebrating ME so intentionally. 🥹❤️ Thank you for making me feel special, creating these beautiful memories, and reminding me that sometimes God answers prayers through the people He sends into our lives.

To all my close friends and family that reached out thank you! I’ll never take genuine friendship, love, and thoughtful gestures for granted.
Here’s to another year of becoming, healing, laughing, loving, and walking boldly into everything God has for me. 🥂✨

Happy birthday to me. 🎂🤍#Sept7 by @amaka_obi13
