September is suicide prevention month, and it’s a hard, but very important topic to talk about.

You have the choice every day to decide how you show up in this world. Always choose kindness and lead with empathy. It could be the difference in someone’s life.

If you are struggling with suicidal thoughts, know that you are not alone and you don’t have to deal with it by yourself.

If you know somebody who you may think has these thoughts, make sure that person is safe and in a secured environment then go find help.
