I eat simple home made vegan food. Most guys focus on the wrong thing. - PROTIEN Protein is not as of an important factor for building muscles as people think. Yes you need protien, but you can build muscles with less protein as well, it's just that with less protein you build muscles with very slight less efficiency. For diet- getting sufficient CALORIES is more important than protein and that you get them from mostly healthy foods. The most important factor for building muscles is you providing the right stimulus for muscle growth. Which is by training them so that your sets should be until failure or close to failure. Intensity (how close to failure you go) matters more than the number or sets, reps and exercises you do. So with proper training knowledge anybody can build a good muscular physique without investing too much on their diet. #vegan #veganfood #indianbodybuilding #gymmotivation #calisthenics by @amalbubble
Quick physique check. 💪 Most of the muscles you see are mostly from just two exercises (weighted pull-ups and weighted dips). I followed a 100% vegan diet, mostly Indian home food (Dal, bhaat, roti, sabji, beans and soya milk). I did not take any protein supplements. The only supplements I took are Creatine, Vitamin B12, D3, and algae Omega-3 DHA. Big thanks to @ian.barseagle for the SSS, which I've been following for almost a year, and the results speak for themselves. #calisthenics #streetlifting #vegan #weightedcalisthenics #gymmotivation #gym by @amalbubble

Still think strength comes from eating animals? Meet Amal, Annavi, and Kuntal. They don't just speak for compassion. They live it. They train harder, compete stronger, recover better, and fuel their bodies entirely with plant based food. For years, we've been told that you need meat for protein and strength. These athletes are living proof that this was never the truth. Every meal is a choice. A choice to nourish your body without taking another life. Real strength is not about how much you can lift. Real strength is having the courage to live by your values. Would you be as strong as these athletes?😍 Join our 66 Day Plant Based Challenge and experience the power of plants.💪🌱 . . #vegan #fyp #plantbasedtreaty #plantbasedfood #climateaction by @amalbubble

Introducing Amal @amalbubble , a calisthenics enthusiast from Ranchi, Jharkhand. “I turned vegan 8 years ago, back in college, when I was playing football for my college team. I grew up believing that meat, milk, and eggs were essential for strength and health but deep down, I struggled ethically with eating animals, and dairy always caused me digestive issues. My search for a better way led me to the Whole Food Plant Based diet. After switching, my health, recovery, and performance both on the field and in the gym improved drastically. I’m excited to share my experiences and practical tips with you all.” Amal will be giving a talk on: Training Approach for Building Strength and Muscle as a Vegan Register now for the Vegan Forest Festival 2026! ••••• Link in bio for more information ••••• Location: g.page/sadhanaforest ••••• Tag @SadhanaForest to get featured ••••• Help us reach more people: Share this post, save it for later, leave a comment! #VeganFitnessIndia #CalisthenicsLife #PlantPoweredStrength #VeganForestFestival #Auroville by @amalbubble

They keep searching for the secret behind his muscle… Some magic protein formula? Some extreme diet? But the truth is built from the simplest plates — roti, rice, dal, rajma, veggies, fruits, soya milk. Pure, homemade, Indian, plant power. Eight years vegan… and every extra ounce of muscle came after. Not from powders — from plants. Not from shortcuts — from training that hits failure and rises stronger. Weighted pull-ups. Weighted dips. Handstand push-ups. Squats. Consistency + plants = growth. Proof that strength doesn’t need meat — just discipline and roots. 🌿🔥💪 . . #PlantPowered #VeganStrength #PoweredByPlants #IndianVegan #PlantBuilt #VeganAthlete #CalisthenicsTraining #StrengthWithoutMeat #MuscleOnPlants #AmalDiaries by @amalbubble
