I'm a licensed therapist turned emotional support person for black women who want to be seen.

Which means I don't just help you build better habits, but I help you find where the block actually lives that keeps you overthinking, overfuntioning, in full panic, and playing small (It's pretty sexy work).

Most of my clients are women who are:
→ High-achievers
→ Visionaries who struggle with focus and balance.
→ Women who are the one people come to and don't have their own space (or don't trust others easily).

They've read the books.
Done the courses. And they're still feel scared, overwhelmed or stuck.

Not because they can't do phenomenal things, but because they've never had someone who could hold both —
their fears AND their strategic vision.

I am the coach to set you up for success.
Together we build from an emotional space.

Here's what I see in ya'll dope women-
This standard of perfection that you would never apply to someone you love.

Every misstep becomes evidence.
Evidence becomes a story.
The story becomes the ceiling you keep bumping your head on.

Grace is refusing to let one chapter define the whole book. The most self-aware women I know aren't the ones who never mess up.

They're the ones who mess up, get honest about it, and use it as information — not ammunition against themselves.
Take note.

See it. Own it fully. Then build forward.
That's what separates the women who stay stuck from those who actually reach their goals.

Sometimes you need room to talk out the fears AND the strategies. To figure out who you are.

To complain about how figuring things out sucks.

It's taken alot of iterations to get to who I am now as a therapist who loves to also coach, host retreats, runs a group practice, raises kids, has a whole husband, and work with bad ass women who don't always see themselves that way.
Because I don't always see myself that way.

Atleast once a week.

But I have a toolbox of skills to keep me on the path God has for me.

You deserve that kind of support, too.

You keep asking because you’re not sure.

But maybe the real truth is this:

You already know.

Maybe not every detail.
Maybe not the whole plan.
But you know the part you keep trying to get somebody else to bless.

That’s where coaching gets good.

We slow down the noise and look at the thoughts making it hard to trust yourself. The guilt. The overthinking. The pressure to be “smart” about everything. The fear that if you choose yourself, something or somebody will fall apart.

And sometimes the work is release.

Not disappearing from your life.
Not cutting everybody off.
But learning what needs your energy, what needs a boundary, and what was never yours to carry in the first place.

Because the woman you want to be is stronger, braver, and more confident than you keep giving her credit for.

My ass has been main character energy for a minute.

My college coach use to call it my power pack. Oh Jackie- My whole self is powerful.

A self I've grown into over the years.
Still a few parts I'm learning to be comfortable with, but isn't that life?

You hate a part of who you are, have some experiences, evolve a bit, find something else that doesn't really work. . .Well as long as you are evolving gurl. You can not like parts of you, or your life, but keep evolving through it.

You just never know how it will support the woman you need to be in the right moment of your life.

It might even be bent over in front a camera one day for freaking content with not one ounce of shame. Cause power is dope like that.

Are you tapped into yours?

Evolution:
1. Question how you define you.
2. Question how others see you.
3. Pause the routine and view life from different angles, through different experiences.
4. Do something uncomfortable and take notes.
5. Breathe. Like really breathe. Deeply. Feel it move through your body until you find connection again.

Go charge up that power pack baybe.

You are in an era of choosing yourself, setting boundaries, and going after what we want.

But do you know how much that can suck?

Do you know what happens when people can only think about what they lose when you decided to grow out of old expectations?

When your decisions have casualties?
Your boundaries cause conflict?
Your thoughts won't stop spiraling?

Blowing up your life comes with stress that you can't do nothing with but sit with.

You can't solve your way out that space.

And it sucks.

Can you handle that?

Do you have what you need to get off the floor?
To roll out of bed when no one is coming, to follow through on decisions when the outcome feels uncertain?

To believe in more.

If you don't,
pick YOU anyway.

Its doable. You can learn to be in that uncomfortable transition space, Its where good coaching comes in to hold the thoughts, challenge expectations, soothe your system, and support you.

She was gifted to me because I sat.

I sat.
I listened and guided her to places she dare not speak off. To connect dots her subconscious struggled to see until I introduced her to a simple practice.

I sat.
I witnessed.
We kicked it. We laughed.
I saw her body shift to deeper understandings.

And one day she sat down and said I saw this and thought of you.

She saw me.
The colors.
The texture of me. The unthethered parts.
The grounded parts.
The piece that someone else let go, for someone else to pick up, purchase, and decide this belongs to her.
To me.

I didn't realized but my client was as attuned to me and it was such a moment to receive.

Because I sit.

Sometimes I get to receive more.

Your inner mean girl can get very loud when your choices stop centering everybody else.

That doesn’t automatically mean the choice is wrong.

Sometimes guilt is just a feeling that shows up when you stop playing the role everybody is used to you playing.
Or could even be vibrations from a story spoken over you, but a value you no longer share.

Which one sounds most like your experience? A story, a vibration, or its all a lie!

I deleted 3,559 emails today related to a part of my business I thought would be in a different place at this time. (Ps: Claude did the heavy lifting, you better get up on the extension).

I'm surprisingly sad.

I know its taking more from me than its producing.
I know its time to do something different.
I know I didn't see how deeply connected to the space of business, growth, memberships, coaching, high ticket, low ticket, marketing, do this, try that I was emersed into. I didn't expect to be sad not about the journey, but the pieces, the people, the communities I will no longer need to be a part of.

But like life, they will go on and be fine.
That knowing can be tough too.
But like life, I will go on and be fine.
Back to the journey... I am kinda mad I wasn't made a millionaire in 30 days. Lol.

Boss life.
Carry on.

Choosing you supports the work you are called to do in this life.

Sometimes it’s a small decision nobody else even notices.

Sometimes it’s changing your mind after you've poured years into something and you swore you had it figured out.

Sometimes its difficult decisions and quiet disappointments.

It's a tough walk, BUT i'm learning to choose me, serve deeply and build a life I want to participate in, not just make it through.
