Some of the beliefs you have about yourself were never consciously chosen. They were learned, reinforced, and repeated until they started feeling like facts.

Well, here it is 🥹

Introducing BECOMING, my new 1:1 hypnosis + coaching experience.

This is for those of you who have been doing *the work*. You’re deeply self-aware, open-minded, and committed to your growth, but still find yourself stuck or blocked in certain areas of your life.

You’re ready to try something different.

BECOMING combines hypnosis and subconscious work with coaching, practical strategies, and accountability to help you shift old patterns, develop new habits, and intentionally step into the next version of yourself.

Yes, understanding yourself is important. But so is putting that awareness into action.

I’ve officially opened a handful of spots at special founding client rates, with 1-month and 3-month options available.

If this resonates, slide into my DMs. I’d love to hear what you’re working through and see if we’re a good fit.

Let’s get to work!

$We all have patterns we know don’t serve us but for whatever reason WE KEEP REPEATING THEM. They might be keeping us stuck, unhealthy, or even causing pain - a relationship dynamic, a financial habit, an addiction, or something smaller that keeps showing up. While our conscious mind might ‘know better’, it’s only responsible for a small fraction of our behavior. The rest (automatic reactions, default patterns, stuff that runs without us deciding it) is our sneaky subconscious. Until change happens at that level it isn’t gonna stick. So if we want lasting change we need to REPROGRAM the part of our mind that’s actually running the show. How? 🧠OWN YOUR THOUGHTS
Notice them without judgment, without spiraling into “why am I like this.” Just notice. We can’t always control what thoughts pop up but we can absolutely control what we do with them - not everything we think is true. Even when it feels true, we have the ability to choose which thoughts we give attention to. So choose the thoughts that will get you where you want to go, not keep you stuck. 🫦SPEAK W/ INTENTION
Our subconscious doesn’t know the difference between a joke, a complaint, and a command - it just hears repetition and takes notes. So when we say things like “I’m not good at this” or “I’m just not that kind of person,” we’re not describing ourselves anymore, we’re literally training ourselves. ☀️CURATE YOUR ENVIRONMENT
We obviously can’t control everything around us (job, family etc) but most of us are only managing a fraction of what’s actually shaping us. The people we talk to most, content we consume, spaces we spend time in are either reinforcing old patterns or helping build new ones. 🧘🏼‍♀️USE YOUR BODY
We can’t think our way out of every pattern because a lot of our patterns live in the body. Stress responses, cravings, overthinking - these aren’t just “bad habits” they’re nervous system loops. So MOVE, walk, dance, lift, stretch, breathe, shake it out. When we change our physical state, we create space to choose a different emotional and mental state too. 🖤 This is what I do (with hypnosis). I had such a lovely weekend up in Seattle recently. It was an honor to DJ @elevatedfrequencies_ three year anniversary party at @nectarlounge (total vibe), and it was so nice to get out of town for a minute and just be in full-on tourist mode. I had no idea how much I would adore that city. Shoutout to @__christinemichelle__ for hosting me and being the best tour guide ever - so much fun with you! 💗✨

It’s wild how much can shift in five days, especially with focus, structure, and accountability.

As someone who’s been a DJ for 16 years and worked in nightlife and events even longer, I know how chaotic life can feel, and how fast time can fly by. I’ve also learned the value of taking intentional pauses to reset, recalibrate, and realign with what matters most.

Doing it alongside a community of like-minded people makes it that much juicier and impactful.

So I decided to create that intentional pause right smack in the middle of the year for my people who could use a breather, a reset, and a little support as we gear up to enter part two of 2026.

Wanna join us?

Getting asked back to DJ @libfestival after all these years feels pretty special. Last time I played was 2014 at the Favela Bar stage, which feels like lifetimes ago (it kinda was). Excited to experience the @thejunkyard_lib and to reconnect with some festival family that I haven’t seen in years. Who else is going?!

I first heard about HYROX a couple of years ago and thought “that sounds gnarly and awesome… maybe someday.”

Last Saturday, I did my first HYROX race in Anaheim.

If you’re unfamiliar: HYROX is an indoor fitness race. 8 x 1K runs, each paired with a functional workout station (sleds, lunges, wall balls, etc.).

I raced mixed doubles with my friend @hoffmanbadger, which means we used men’s standard weights across the board (ie pushing and pulling weight 3x my body weight). It was a solid challenge to say the least 😅 but I’m super proud of what I was able to do and how we both showed up for our first time.

I even woke up race day with a cold (first one of 2025… rude), but overall it was such a great experience and yet another reminder that every time I push myself to do hard/uncomfortable things, I grow as a human, and my confidence grows right along with it.

SO much gratitude for my gym @ihtfactor - the altitude training, the badass coaches, and inspiring community that made this feel possible. About 40 people from the gym competed at HYROX Anaheim, which is wild and says everything.

And because I like to keep things spicy…
I just signed up for HYROX Guadalajara, solo 🇲🇽🔥
