2025 wrapped: other hats + glasses !this silly lil tradition i started 6 years ago has been such a gift. i get to look back on each year and see the fun moments while taking time to reflect on the hard ones. this was definitely a biiiigggg medical year. i went to more doctors appointments this year than the last 5 years combined. i finally wanted to prioritize my physical, mental, and emotional health and start getting answers for things i've experienced for years. while i still don't have proper answers for root causes, recovery timelines, the right medications, and next steps, we are on the right track. this year has been a huge learning curve in advocating for myself and what *feels* right or wrong in my body instead of just taking what doctors say at face value. don't get me wrong--they go through a ton of school and training to get to where they are, but only YOU know yourself best and i definitely had to lean into that and learn it the hard way this year. i started and am ending this year in a good spot but man was the middle HARD. 2025 was one of my worst mental health years yet but we are finally on the 🆙! (this is a reminder that social media is fake af!!! don't believe everything you see on instagram! i love to be silly + unserious on here but trusttt i was struggling for majority of the year) even when things feel dark, i'm always reminded that there is love and light waiting for you at the other end. humans are so strong and resilient! what a gift!i feel like 2025 was long, difficult, and frustrating for a lot of people. we keep collectively saying the next year is going to be "our year" and i really hope that's finally true for 2026. there are good things coming--i can feel it! so here's to hoping and looking for the light in it all. i love you very much 🤍 by @amanda.wolfgram

2024 wrapped: me in other people's hats and glasses !2024 flewwww by y'all omg. not much to report this year shockingly but i'm realizing that isn't necessarily a bad thing. i had a really good year overall. i'm surrounded by the sweetest friends and communities, i love my job, i ran a freaking marathon for the first time, got really into yoga, went to my first full music festival, and threw some killer functions with my best friend and roommate. i'm excited to see how these things continue to grow and for what's to come in 2025 (that still doesn't sound like a real year??!). i know 2024 wasn't great for a lot of people so i hope 2025 is your best year yet. i love you so much! by @amanda.wolfgram
