I had the BEST TIME speaking at the 2025 AAO @aao.info 😭 Non ortho people probably don’t know this, but being asked to speak at the AAO is truly a once in a lifetime, career defining experience. The fact that I’ve been invited 3 times actually blows my mind. I’m a small town girl from Arkansas, I never could’ve imagined this kind of life for myself. It’s crazy because I can remember traveling to conferences with @benfishbein 10-12 years ago being in awe of all the speakers. The fact that we are now on those same stages is such a beautiful, humbling experience that I’ll never take for granted. Got this sweet Gabriel & Co. pendant yesterday as a little retirement gift. 🥹🥰 We have been so busy in AFC that I’ve barely had a chance to reflect on the huge life change I made this year. Back in February, I submitted my official notice to resign from my role as a Regional VP with Smile Doctors after 5 years with them. I put in a 6 weeks notice, and my last day was on 3/31. It was a huge decision that I did not make lightly, as I’d spent the last 12 years with Dr. Ben building our incredible offices. I can’t put into words how much the history of @fishortho means to me. It’ll never be a full goodbye though, as @benfishbein is still my partner in @amandafloydconsulting, but he’s also one my closest friends. It’s hard to articulate how proud I am of the reputation we’ve built in the ortho space, and of creating, not only one of the most successful orthodontic practices in history, but also one of the top consulting firms in the industry. I’ll never be able to properly thank the people who have been instrumental in helping turn those big dreams into a reality. YOU know who you are, and I know who you are. 🫶🏼❤️

@emmakimbro and I had the BEST time in Nashville speaking back to back for @solventumorthodonticsolutions and @opsummit 👩🏻‍🐰‍👩🏼🔥 We got to see so many friends, colleagues, and clients. We laughed until we cried, we ate incredible food, and we kept the weather channel on the entire day / night Friday to keep track of Hurricane Isaias ripping up my hometown. 😭🙏🏼 So thankful my family and friends are safe and accounted for, but it’ll be a long cleanup process especially without electricity, water, and really any sense of normalcy. I’m not sure words could accurately describe this trip to Australia. Being asked to headline a conference halfway around the world was a core memory moment for me and our crew at @amandafloydconsulting …being able to bring @alizard86 , one of my true ride or dies for over a decade, well that will go down as one of the great honors of my professional life. These are the things that make all the time and work and effort worth every minute. Traveling from Florida to Colorado to California to Melbourne to Yarra Valley to Sydney (and then back home again), the 15 hour time difference, taking the stage a whopping FOUR times at 90 minutes per session, my team tuning in to every session virtually (some at midnight their time 🥹♥️) Aliza’s jam packed itineraries (iykyk 👩🏻‍🐰‍👩🏼😂), the 20K steps per day, the INCREDIBLE food… I could go on and on, needless to say, the mems were elite. @tiointernational you guys were a dream to work with. I’m officially part of the TIO family, and I even have the Fireball stain on my silk dress to prove it. I truly had the time of my life with y’all! It’s taken me a couple weeks to process winning these awards. When I say I was shocked, honored, so incredibly proud and grateful… it’s hard to find the words to describe how much winning these awards meant to me. We’ve been hosting sold out conferences for 8 years now. We’ve put SO MUCH time, energy, and attention to detail in making sure our attendees leave with real value and action items. Kasey plans and executes every detail of every conference so flawlessly. Miranda and I started the consulting side almost 3 years ago with a little hope and a mission to make a difference. We wanted to provide partnership opportunities to clients who might not have the higher level leaders in place to drive real change. We helped find, promote, and develop leaders who could make a meaningful difference in the culture and growth of their practices…helped TCs learn to convert at the highest level…helped develop marketing strategies and budgets that would drive new patient growth…helped streamline systems and build daily accountability. The fact that these awards were voted on by our clients and attendees means EVERYTHING. The relationships we have built with our clients is truly the foundation of everything we are about. I have the utmost respect for the other consulting firms who have made a meaningful difference in this industry we all love, and I’m honored to have a seat at the table with the greats. I’m still in awe of AAO 2026. 😭👯‍♀️ From the love our booth got, to the dozens of new partnership requests, to the swag, to the way our team showed up and showed out… I’m truly just so grateful and honored to see all of our hard work continue to improve this industry that we love so much. So many people complimented our booth, but truly all Dr. B and I did was assign a budget and say “let’s do it right”…the vision was ALL @miranda_ree01 and her impeccable attention to detail. @neoncanvas / @hipcreative was (ofc bc their graphics are unmatchedddd) our partner in designing the details. 👯‍♀️We were told countless times that we had the best swag at the conference, and I have to say, we did. 🤏🏼🔥@clinicswag.co crushedddd it with the swag. I wish I could’ve fit alllll our pics in this one post, but IG only lets me choose twenty. Scroll to the last pic to see our AAO booth last year to compare to this year. 🤯😱 This last year has been SO, SO good to us, and we are honored and proud to be on this massive growth trajectory with all of our incredible partners! @miranda_ree01 @emmakimbro @judi.panicara @crystalnuckels @melissa.wallace.harris I had so much fun in Orlando with you guys!
