I have soooo many pics from Saturday. Do you remember back in the day when we would go out in college and we would upload hundreds of pictures to a Facebook album?!? I legit want to do that 🤣🤣. Medal Monday 🏅

5 months without a run over 3.5 miles, and yet somehow I woke up yesterday and decided a 19k sounded like a good time. 😂

I am not a long-distance girl, but apparently, my body didn’t get the memo! I may not have trained, but I kept a sexy pace (if I do say so myself!) and the run was genuinely better than expected. So proud of myself for crushing that! Thankful for this little body God gave me to do awesome (and sometimes completely unplanned) things with. 🙏 by @amanda_deee
